Nuttvia Chocolate Hazelnut Spread 350g (Pack of 2)

This product is usually lovely and I have successfully ordered through other suppliers. On this occasion, both jars of spread arrived in an extremely crystallised and runny condition and quite frankly were inedible and only fit for the bin. Despite asking for a refund and playing Amazon messaging ping pong about 8 times (them asking for photos as evidence; me sending them; them offering a part refund; me saying yes please; me then chasing for it; them then asking for photos for evidence; and so on and repeat), I have had enough and chucked the jars in the bin. Quite frankly life is too short for this and I gave up chasing - maybe that is what they were counting on... Instead, despite my ethical hang ups about the use of palm oil and the amount of sugar, I went to the supermarket and bought the kids Nutella.... that will be a one off, but sometimes the peace is worth it!In summary - please buy from another supplier and save yourself the hassle.

With the change of packaging, the formula seems to have changed for worse. It used to be smooth delicious paste but what I received is grainy, over sweet gunk with a lot of tummy upsetting maltitol in it. It is horrible and inedible. The sweetener is crystallised and taste awful.
