Our farmed Atlantic salmon fillets are from the clear, cold waters of Canada. They are high quality, PCB free and fatty. We purchase the fish fresh and then cut, vacuum pack and freeze one pound portions. The freezing process insures there are no parasites so the salmon is safe to be eaten raw.

A must buy - VERY FRESH
I never bought fish over the internet, very worried that I would be wasting my money. Needless to say, it is WONDERFUL. I cut the fish into smaller portions still frozen and placed in individual sealed containers. When I am in the mood for sushi, I take one out to defrost and let me tell you - it taste FRESH - NOT FISHY - very FRESH and clean tasting!!!!!

what else would you expect from such a reputable supplier. packaging was perfect and still very frozen uppn delivery to sunny Florida Keys! I will keep ordering!
