very happy with my new handbag value for its money

I'm not happy with my handbag which i bought after just a few days the strap as snapped off and all the lining and little pockets inside are ripped i would like a new one or a refund as i will not buy another one

I haven’t used it yet but I inspected it when it arrived.It looks good and it’s bigger than I thought.It has a few different compartments inside which is really handy.

Lasts well and good quality for the price. Would recommend.

Beautiful bag for everyday use and nice touches but the only fault I had zip didn't last long had it replaced after 4 weeks

Only used the once and the loop that holds the shoulder strap broke after a couple of hours use. Plus it is a lot smaller than expected than looking at the pictures. I didn't have a lot in my bag and didn't expect it to break. Don't think I'll be buying this bag again eve in it is versatile

Bought this bag in March, was using it for the 2nd time today 16/8/21 and the zip came apart in my hand, total waste of money.
