This is much better than the old style and way better than the one they had with the stupid beads in it. However, there needs to be a better cover as it does not hold it shape well and with a cotton cover, it would hold better.

This pillow was comfortable for a while but now it’s falling apart. When it arrived it stunk so I washed it several times. Used disinfectant spray, etc. Not what I was expecting at all! A few months later it’s falling apart and so is the pillow case it came with. Not worth all that money!

The pillow is very odd shape but really seems to work as advertised. Takes a while to adjust to it. My neck isn’t as sore when i wake up. I wish they would include a loose fitting pillow cover for the pillow. I’m just using a regular pillow for protection.

It’s better than the last one I tried but the foam has hard bits in it and is lumpy.

Great for side sleep, Highly Recommend It.My friend had a neck and back surgery. Her nights are usually very long and sleepless. This pillow is absolutely amazing, gives proper support she needs and has reduced the pain drastically. She has tried a couple of similar products available on Amazon. This one is the best as it has memory foam filling and very comfortable for side sleep. Just ordered a second pillow for myself.

When I received the pillow it had a really strong chemical smell so I was going to return it for that problem alone. The seller contacted me and informed me that the smell would go away and that’s just how the pillow smells when you first take it out of the bag. The seller was correct the smell went away after I washed it and dried it. But it has absolutely no support at all my head literally sinks to the mattress when I lay my head on this pillow

Worked very well for back and neck pain

This pillow is not as described. It is not firm and it is very flimsy. It states it is memory foam, but it does not feel like any memory foam I have ever used. I was most excited because it states that the long tail section prevents movement in your spine, but the pillow is to flimsy to achieve this. I am very disappointed because I had high hopes for this pillow, but sadly I am trying to return it.
