Great spin bike
This is my second Keiser bike, I bought the first one five years ago and it is still working fine. I bought this one for my second home. I first started riding this bike at the gym years ago and really liked the smoothness of the ride and lack of noise. The gears are easy to use and the display monitor does a great job of showing the effort of the ride. Because of the magnetic system, I have not had to do much maintenance to my bike. Yes, it is a bit on the pricey side but worth it as it will last a long time. Plus, it is beautiful to look at!

A must for a serious spinner!
100% worth the money. I'm an avid spinner, and I tend to ride hard to accomplish my goals. There was a side of me that didn't want to spend the money on a "better bike", but I knew that you ultimately get what you pay for. There is a reason this bike is rated so highly.. it's a wonderful product! It was very easy to assemble (probably about 5 parts to put together), and maintenance is very very minimal bc it's simply a flywheel with magnets. Love the mini computer that shows output/time/pace - I'm not sure how I could know I was getting the most out of my time spent on the bike without it.Overall, I highly recommend to anyone.biys very quality, very heavy duty, and will last years and years. I've owned for a few months, and believe I've already gotten my money's worth!

Great bike, lousy delivery
Extremely well built, heavy and solid. Rides like a dream, very quiet and smooth and the resistance controls and computer are very simple and intuitive.. Im 6'4" 235lbs and its quite comfortable and no problems with my weight that I can tell. Relatively easy to assemble although you will need the following tools (all available on Amazon for <$100 total) and adding the handlebars is a bit awkward for a single person build. Customer service is prompt, courteous and helpful. The one star off is for a miserable delivery experience from FedEx, how they stay in business is beyond me. The computer on this version of the bike is not compatible with Zwift (but the M3i may be) so still looking for a solution to this that is less costly than Vector or PowerTap pedals so any relatively cheap suggestions are most appreciated.Tools needed (if you don't have, you may want to order or buy at the same time as you are going to not want to wait to jump on this beautiful bike):Torque wrench (Minimum 45 Nm / 35 ft-lb) 16mm, or 5/8” crowfoot4” extension 5mm Allen Wrench15mm open-end wrench 6mm Allen Wrench16mm, or 5/8” open-end wrench Paste or spray wax (used to clean after assembly)#2 Phillips screwdriver Clean cloth15mm crowfoot LPS #3 Heavy Duty Rust Inhibitor w/straw2 - 10mm Wrenches

Great bike. Outstanding customer service.
I purchased this bike, because I use it at my gym and know it's great quality. It makes absolutely no noise and the bikes need little to no service over their lifetime. What I didn't know was how outstanding Keiser's customer service is. I had a few issues with my bike that were caused by a poor installation (I do NOT recommend paying to have Amazon's 3rd party contractor come install the bike). I called Keiser and they overnight shipped replacement parts and sent an incredible service person to come replace the parts and fix the installation. They did all this for free (even though the bad installation was not their fault!) and were incredibly friendly and responsive. I love this bike, love the comany's service even more, and will highly recommend Keiser to anyone I know who is looking for a bike :)

Best bike Ive ever used
Best bike I've purchased, used, and it's so quiet. It's basic as it doesn't have a monitor, and that's exactly what I was looking for. The bike machinery is strong, and that's exactly what I was looking for.

Good bike but need to have better handle finish
Very good bike, quiet and very stable. The metal surface of the handle bar is too rough (not very well polished) and the form/rubber handle covers are sticky after very short use as I think wrong materials are used. The material selection and workmanship of the hadnle bar need a lot of improvement.

Best indoor cycle on the market, good support from seller/Keiser
Best indoor cycle on the market. Very high quality and well worth the money. There was a small defect with the unit shipped, but the seller and Keiser were very prompt with support to help me get the problem fixed. I am relatively mechanically inclined, so that was not difficult and assembly was not hard. I opted to get a torque wrench to assemble, although for home use that might not be necessary. If you are not so inclined, you might do well to pay for the home assembly option. This not rocket science, but...if you do it yourself, READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY, and make sure you have all parts in front of you and know where they go before you start. As far the bike itself, the monitor screen is nothing fancy, but works with your heart rate monitor, displays RPM, Watts, Calories, Miles on an easy to read screen.

wrong working plsition - serious injury
Look at the picture of this bike! Has anyone seen a bike look like this? No I don't think so. As other reviewers pointed out, it's impossible to adjust a correct position for riding. The handlebar moves away from the saddle when adjusted up. And you have to move the saddle forward to compensate. As a result you get the wrong position over the pedals. And the back has to work in a C position. I tried to adjust it, but it is just not possible. What were they thinking? This does not resemble a bike. It's some kind of gym equipment looking like a bike. Why they have not looked at serious bike frames with history and experience is a Mysterium.I'm now into my third month of rehab training, as a result of riding this "bike" once. One ride caused a inflamatory process in my hip on the right side, and severe pain for 8 week ins my lower back. Not to talk about the pain in my right leg. Im a 20 years + spinner, and have never had anything like this before. I work hard in high tempo with high pulse, sometimes 4 days a week with no problems. I will Stay away from this one.
