A quality feel to this product. One mustn't forget that it's made of crystal glass so be mindful where you intend to file your nails, just in case it falls out of your hand onto a hard surface as it will probably break. The file has just the right amount of 'bite' and filing the nails in the correct manner, towards the centre of the nail, not backwards and forwards, leaves a good smooth finish with minimal effort. My only very slight downside is with the name printed on the file handle "Classy Lady'. I bought it for myself and I'm a man... so it would have been nice to have a removable sticker! Supplied in an adequate two-part hard case for protection. Expensive but not too expensive. Top marks for a very nice product.

I've had crystal nail files before, but none like this one!Usually after a few uses the coating comes off and there are flat spots that will not file.After a month and a half of use the file is still like new. It's gentle on my nails, but yet files beautifully without ripping the nail or causing splits or peeling. Having used the file for this period I've been able to improve the overall condition of the few nails suffering from peeling.The case is handy and protects the file from breakage.The files have impressed me so much, I've ordered more.

This file just glided over my nails. I luv it . It leaves a very smooth finish. I use glass nail files as my nails are like baby nails very soft and just break away (due to my medication). I can't use other nail files as it just rips my nails. I was always buying the glass ones but they never lasted long but were better for my nails. I just hope this nail file lasts as it was a bit pricey just for 1 file. But I have to say if it does last I will be ordering more of these files as my nails are really smooth I didn't even have to take another file to my nails to scrape the bits of nail that's usually left over because their was none which I was very happy with. As for the case it is a big let down expected it to be better to be honest it is cheap plastic that u get with the cheap glass nail files. With it being called classy lady a classy case would be nice.

This is the first time I have owned a glass/crystal nail file and will certainly not be going back to emery boards after this! It may sound pathetic, but filing my nails has truly become a pleasure with this file. So smooth! I like that this pack came with two files - I keep one at home and one in my purse for "emergencies", and with the sturdy cover I trust they will stay safe. Another bonus is that these will hopefully last a long time, which means less trash for the land fill. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with nails.

I decided to try these files in desperation after using the traditional emerey board type files for virtually all my life, my nails are dry, easily split and peel so after reading an article on line on how traditional type files can cause even more damage to already weak nails, made sense really because emerey board files are sandpaper!! I can't praise these files enough, they glide instead of sawing away at your nails, leaving a smooth finish, within a week I can honestly say there's an improvement in the condition of my nails. I highly recommend especially for anyone with weakened nails.

The file is wonderful! I have weak nails that tear easily. This file is so fine it glides over the nail like a knife through butter!! I can't praise it enough. Really, really worth the money. An added bonus is the case which keeps it safe in your handbag.

Have never used a glass file before so thought I'd try it. I'm pleased to say I'm glad I did. Does a good job. I'm just a little wary of accidentally dropping it. Obviously kept in the case provided. And only used by me. So should stay in one piece.

I bought three of these all for family members, my wife loves it. It leaves such a smooth finish with little effort and simply washes clean ready for next use. The file itself is great though compared to others maybe a little too expensive as the box that comes with it is a nice touch but cheap and poorly fitting tops, one is a good fit out of the three I purchased, otherwise i would have given these 5 stars. So maybe I should have ordered the set of 5 for very little more money, I think that would be much better value.

File is definitely worth the extra money. Provides the smoothest finish and files the nail in very gradual increments which I believe will contribute to a more healthy and beautiful nail overall. I agree with other reviews the case for the nail file is cheap looking considering the price but I think it will hold up to use.

diese Feile ist genial für Reha & Klinik Aufenthalte, so muss ich auf nichts verzichten & meine Nägel bekommen wieder die Versiegelung wie Stärkung die sie brauchen! für mich 'gibt es keine andere Feile mehr, meine weichen Nägel wurden durch die Kristallfeile wieder fester & reisen auch nicht mehr so oft ein! Super auch, das dazu eine tolle Box mit an geboten wurde, da meine große Feile leider keine Box besitzt! Außerdem findet sie super Platz in meinem Kosmetiktäschchen! Achtung bitte nicht fallen lassen, da diese zerbricht!!!

Outer shiny box has scratches on it, the actual enclosure the glass nail file comes in is too tight so when removing the file it scrapes the sides. The file itself, because of this has scratches on the side and the top of the glass nail file where the brand name is has got marks on it??? Product works, but not good considering the price and it is a brand new product.

Love it. I have had this for a long time now and it still performs as good as when it was new. Much better than some of the cheaper glass files I have purchased in the past which got dull almost instantly.

Die Feile macht einen sehr guten qualitativen Eindruck und ist gut verarbeitet. Das wichtigste ist sie feilt ausgezeichnet und ich denke sie ist auch sehr langlebig.

Ich glaube nicht, dass diese Feilen Kristallglasfeilen sind. Ich nehme an, dass es sich um normale Glasfeilen handelt. Sie unterscheiden sich doch sehr von wirklichen Kristallglasfeilen. Deshalb nur 2 Sterne.

After using a different brand, finally did research to find a better quality file. This seems so much better and no bawled patches on either side of the file. Did a great job fixing up the state of my nails so good investment so far already. Cases aren’t too bad so I’ve been luckier than some it seems.

Very happy with quality, just what it says, I will never need another file. It is just like the one I have had for 15 years. The crystal files from Sally don't compare, they are junk, they wear out after one use. This one is very durable.

Lovely nail files. Work great. Don't use them for short nails if you can help it- better for shaping and filing longer nails, as they file quickly
