Great supplement
Been taking this a few months now...I've quit smoking, lost some weight, libido has increased and I'm feeling very healthy and happy. The benefits of Irish Moss are real. I will take for life now.

So far, so good ....
As I am approaching 30, I’m starting to realize the importance of WHAT to put in your body. I wanted a product that would give me energy, cleanse my system and rid my body of sodium. I took my first one this morning around 9 and it works fast. They were not smelly like some of these can be, easy to swallow and the bottle came with a SUPER secure top.

It’s like an internal salt bath
I love these pills. Any time I feel congestion I’ll pop one and it clears it up. Gives good clean energy and overall a benefit to my health. Definitely recommend!

Great product, dependable brand.
This brand of Irish sea moss is great. I feel so sluggish when I don’t have Irish sea moss supplements. I take this in conjunction with a few other daily supplements and this brand in particular is the best one I’ve tried.

Questionable
Unable to upload other pics but there was powder residue in the bottle, like powder had come from the capsules. Bottle was not opened but as I examined EACH capsule, powder easily could be squeezed from the capsules. So some or all capsules may not be filled to its expected capacity.

Good body investment
I bought this as a result of being a smoker and I wanted to try it because of the mineral content. I noticed a difference in a couple of days.my lungs felt different and I am pleased.I also noticed subtle differences in my mental energy.overall a great experience.
