NOT AS ADVERTISED. These "SUPER HEAVY DUTY" hangers, advertised as 1/2" thick, are only 10 MM = 1 CM = 0.39 inches = 3/8" thick.Amazon, many reviewers already reported this error to you ... please get a caliper measurement tool and correct your false descriptions for items B06XQZD4FY (Neaties Super Heavy Duty White Plastic Hangers, which are falsely advertised as "1/2" thick = 33% thicker than Neaties Heavy Duty Hangers" but they're NOT ... the "SUPER Heavy Duty" is only 3/8" thick) ----- and also for your B018HB1H00 ("regular" Heavy Duty is advertised to be 3/8" thick ... but they're NOT --- 3/8" = 0.375 and they are THINNER than that) ----- and also your B072F2FWHV ("regular" Heavy Duty is advertised to be 0.36" thick ... but they're NOT.)Really, this is outrageous & persistent false advertising on multiple items of heavy duty and super heavy duty white plastic hangers.

I just received my order and the hangers are 3/8" diameter, not 1/2" as advertised.Update: 2 weeks later and no response from Neaties here or to the e-mail that I sent directly to the company. I'm betting these aren't made in the USA as advertised and the company doesn't care about their product or the customer. I'm betting these are like every other made in China product where they don't care if they lie and all they care about is getting your money.

Believe it or not, I’ve been shopping for plastic hangers for several years. I have hangers I took from my mom’s house when I moved out 20 years ago, and they still work. But now I have 3 kids who have long outgrown their baby hangers. Problem is every store I’ve tried has horrible thin little hangers that look like they’re destined for the landfill in a month. I feel like I’m shopping in the wrong decade.I finally decided to try Amazon and found these. I’m so glad I did! Great quality. These are the hangers my kids will be taking out of my house someday and still using. Planning to buy more. It’s the little things.

I was searching for some heavy duty hangers when I got to my barracks to hang my uniforms, jeans, and jackets. I looked at all of the other ones on Amazon that were cheaper in price but lacked the quality I wanted. These caught my eye, just what I was looking for, and they’re made in the USA.They were packaged very nicely. The quality of the hangers were consistent throughout. They are very sturdy and strong, and these will hold my peacoat, and parka confidently.

I purchased the super heavy duty hangers. These were just delivered 5 minutes ago. I opened the box and noticed that these are bundled in sets of three. I had 12 sets in the box. I took out one bundle of three and I measured the diameter of the hangers. These hangers are 3/8" thick. They are NOT the 1/2" that is advertised. The box is now taped shut and I will return them today. I can buy 36 3/8" thick plastic hangers at Walmart for a little more than $13.00. I was charged over $38.00 for these falsely advertised hangers. In the front door, out the back door. Goodbye!!!

Why is it so hard to find good strong heavy hangers? I went to 3 different stores, including bed, bath & beyond and none of them carried a good quality heavy duty hanger for jeans, sweaters, jackets etc. The flimsy ones might work once and break - but the heavy ones last for YEARS and YEARS! we bought 48 for the 2 of us but they're such nice quality we're buying more for our 3 kids, at least another 36 or more. Highly recommend - don't bother driving around trying to find them elsewhere - its a waste of time & gas.

OMG LOVE THESE HANGERS , STURDY AND STRONG . A BIT THICK BUT FOR WHAT WE ARE DOING WITH THE INCREDIABLE SWEATSHIRT HOODIE COLLECTION , WE NEEDED. WE ARE IN STAGE ONE BUT BY DEC THE CLOSET WILL BE DONE AND WE WILL SEND PHOTOS.WE HAD SIMPLER HANGERS IN GREEN (WHICH KEPT ON BREAKING IN HALF DUE TO WEIGHT OF THESE HOODIES)BUT SINCE HIS ROOM AKA SPYDER MY SON IS ALL WHITE WITH BLACK .. These are really great hangers. Over the years I have replaced all of my hangers with them. They are so strong. They never break! They also are thicker than the other hangers out there. This means there is no chance of bending if you hang something heavy on them. Lastly, they are made in the USA!!!!!!!

These hangers are nice and thick and very sturdy, taking heavy jackets with ease. They are also a good width (but not too wide) and have a good slope to the shoulders, preventing the dreaded point in the shoulders of your clothing that some hangers cause. I would purchase these again.Also, almost immediate despatch and very quick delivery to Australia - only a few days. Thanks.
