Exactly as described, quality product. Probably wasn't late in shipping, I forget. Worth it.
Works great, good quality. Charges laptop through Thunderbolt 3 dock. Non-ostentatious brand label.

Works as USB-C cable with high resolution 38" LG monitor (38UC99-W), can transmit display data, USB, and audio.
I bought this cable to connect my new desktop PC to the 38" LG monitor (38UC99-W). The USB-C cable that came with the monitor would be just the right length to connect to a laptop sitting on the desk next to the monitor, but it was too short for a desktop PC which I wanted to put under the desk. I needed a 2 meters long cable. To run this monitor at 60 Hz at resolution of 3840 by 1600 pixels, the cable has to be able to work at 8.84 GHz. This is a very high frequency which not every cable can transmit, even for cables labelled "USB-C". I cannot tell if this product would go to the maximum specified frequency of 20 GHz, but it is definitely good enough to run a top of the line monitor. The advantage of Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C is that it combines in itself Display Port monitor output, USB connection, and digital audio stream. With just one cable between the PC and the monitor, I can use built-in speakers and use USB ports on the back of the monitor to connect keyboard and mouse. It is good that one can find on Amazon a certified Thunderbolt cable that meets the expectations and does not cost a fortune.Another thing, Thunderbolt 3 is backwards compatible with USB-C, i.e., it has the same connectors and it does everything that USB-C cable can do. It can always be used instead of USB-C. The only difference is that it is designed for even higher data throughput that USB-C standard requires.Another thing to consider is that Thunderbolt 3 is not backwards compatible with Thunderbolt 2 or 1: the connector is different.

Perfect Cable. Says what it does, does what is says.
I bought this specifically for my eGpu setup. The cable that came with the Razer Core X was just a tad bit too short. This was a good compromise for the price. The cable does exactly what it says. First, it is 40gbps. Second, it does charge at 100watts. This is where I was surprised because the cable that came with the Razer Core X was supposed to and my laptop complained that it was not charging at full capacity. After connecting this cable that message went away. That alone made this purchase worth it.After all that I decided to test my eGpu with 3dmark. The benchmarks were slightly better. Here is where I was surprised again. Before this cable I wasn't even able to run the Ray Tracing test. It would bomb each time I would try. After using this cable low and behold, the ray tracing test ran. I am not sure why the cable Razer included was so bad. Unfortunately I don't have a crazy tester like other reviewers, but I hope this helps someone on the fence about buying this cable. Last word, this cable is a thunderbolt certified cable. You can find this info on the thunderbolt website. My specs:Dell Precision 5540Razer Core XRTX 2060 Super

It actually works as USB 3.1 Gen 1 !
Finally a cable that actually works!I am connecting a Metabox laptop to a TerraMaster D2-310 USB Type C External Hard Drive RAID Enclosure USB3.1 (Gen2, 10Gbps) SUPERSPEED+ 2-Bay RAID Storage (Diskless) (running 2 6TB disks in RAID0, so seriously fast, 100 MB/s read, 170 MB/s Write)No USB-C to USB-C cable I have tried thus far has worked at beyond USB 2 speeds, the connection hanging when I tried to write to the device. (The ones that did work ran at USB2 speed so I presume are USB2 cables despite the USB-C connector)Instead I have continued to use the USB-A to USB-C USB-3 cable that came supplied with the Terramaster. Finally I tried one more cable, going overboard on this Thunderbolt 3 unit and it works perfectly. Now it is only USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 GB/s) while the Terramaster is Gen 2 (10 GB/s), but in practice the spinning HD in the box is the throughput limiter here so this was a distinction without a difference in my usage case.I can't comment on this cable's functionality for Thunderbolt 3, but for USB 3.1 Gen 1 it is the 1st cable I have bought that actually worksExcuse my nerdiness, but I am over the moon!
