My go to high fibre cereal for gut health
I’ve tried many cereals over the years, and this is one I keep coming back to. I like that it’s made with wheat bran instead of refined flour and has minimal additives. It feels like a simple, no-frills cereal, which I personally prefer. The sugar content is listed as 7.1g. Compared to many other cereals, it doesn’t taste overly sweet to me. The texture is a bit coarse at first, so if you prefer it softer, letting it sit in milk for a few minutes helps. I also enjoy it with Greek yoghurt and fruit.
