These lights work very well. All parts are good quality. They are not high end off road lights so if thats what you are looking for check out the KC Daylighters. If you want a good set of lights that provide a good amount of light, for the money you cannot beat the Hella 500.

If you drive on dark roads these are an excellent safty item to install. The extra distance and brightness makes seeing much easier. Be sure to aim them carefully so as to get the most out of them. I connected them directly to my high beams using the relay supplied, and bolted them through the bumper on my f350 super duty. The wiring was fairly easy. To do a nice job figure an hour and a half or so.

This kit being highly recommended on ToyotaNation. The Hella 500 Driving lights are quality units and the price was VERY good ($39.99) from DealMonger. I had a dealership mechanic install them for me. I also found and used the genuine Toyota fog light switch for the dashboard. Everthing works as it should and looks great. I couldn't be more pleased with the product, sales, and installation. I would purchase from DealMonger again. Everything was up to snuff IMHO. Thanks for the kit and speedy delivery.

i purchased these lights about a month ago and installed them with a switch that allows me to have them turn on automatically with my high beams or on whenever i want. i also changed out the bulbs to 100 watts and made sure to replace the fuse with a 20 amp one. i could not be happier with the amount of light they produce!!!.

This item is awesome. Would recommend it to anyone need additional lighting driving on dark rural roads or were lighting is poor. It doesn't put out a light that's 1 mile away but far enough to see just fine.This seller also has great prices, that's another plus...If you looking for quality, complete kit and great price, this is the one for you...

They are exactly as Amazon says EXCEPT.... they list the kit as not having plastic covers. So they noted that other purchasers bought covers. Well, so did I and when the order arrived...I now have four covers for my two lights! Yup, the kit has covers. Otherwise these lights are fantastic. They cast a very round, almost spot like beam that doesn't break up for at least 150ft, if not more. Wiring kit could have been better thought out (ie, single connector for relay), but otherwise a great deal.
