this is my first pair of argyll wellies having tried hunter,town & country and lowther welliesthis pair feels really sturdy and looks like they could last a while.i saw a lady who lives up the road from me walking her dog in them and asked her recomendationsglad i ordered a size smaller than i normally do because they would have been to big. really comfy.service was brilliant from amazon.

Tight on the calves, silly money for what they are

The shoes are very nice .bought for my son .he is size 9 but this is very big for him .return is costing me to much .is there any other way I can return this for a size smaller

Speedy delivery and great value for money.

These boots are NOT fit for purpose. Have been worn maybe 10-15 times and splits developed in the sole and across the heel area. Very wet feet even when it's dew on the grass...and if it's been raining expect trench foot. I won't bother with Hunter boots again. I should have read the reviews saying they aren't the same anymore. Maybe the rubber "recipe" has changed?

The best wellys on the market. They have a good non slip sole . Easy to put on and smart.

I returned the boots as this new styling means the closure at the top is wider than my old Hunters and other brand boots. This made them ungainly to wear, and likely to let in more rain and debris while working outside. Hard to understand why this has been adopted. Also shame they are now made in China.

Ich kaufte diese Stiefel bewusst, da ich sie für längere Strecken auf Phototouren tragen wollte und ich die Stiefel von befreundeten Hundebesitzern empfohlen bekam.Gekauft habe ich sie via Smartphone-App und one Click, so dass mir leider nicht gleich aufgefallen ist, dass der Verkäufer nicht Amazon.de sondern ein britischer Versandhandel ist. Nicht weiter schlimm, dachte ich mir, auch der Versand nach D war im Rahmen. Die Stiefel kamen nach angemessener Zeit und waren auch wie erwartet von guter Qualität und Verarbeitung - Allerdings waren sie mindestens 2 Nummern größer als angegeben. Bestellt hatte ich 43, geliefert wurde auch 43...aber vom großen Zeh bis zur Spitze waren mindestens 5 cm Platz. Ich habe einen normalen Fuß und nur selten Probleme mit der Größe 43! Dieser Stiefel fällt mir jedoch vom Fuß. Also völlig ungegeignet für den erwähnten Zweck!Gut, also reklamiert, wie üblich konfortabel via Amazon (bisher auch nie ein Problem). Jetzt geht die Misere los!Die Kundendienstler sind via email typisch britisch freundlich und zuvorkommend (alles auf englisch), kommen mir aber beim Rückversand der offensichtlich mit der falschen Größe bedruckten Stiefel nicht entgegen. Ich zahle also insgesamt über 20.- Euro Auslandsversand und habe keine Ware!Das macht keinen Spaß und erzeugt kein Vertrauen in Amazon.de! Wenn ich bei Amazon.de einkaufe, erwarte ich eine deutsche Rücksendeadresse oder zumindest reduzierte Versandtarife wenn es denn ins Ausland geht.Ich bin unzufrieden, betone jedoch, dass die Stiefel gut sind, jedoch über 20 Euro Versandkosten unmöglich sind, zumal ich nichts davon hab!
