I mainly bought this because it looks like the Resident Evil Umbrella Corporation logo.It's a perfectly serviceable umbrella for the price. The double canopy design is also a great addition since it allows wind to flow through. I wouldn't market it as "windproof" though. But I think it's a nice umbrella to have.

I needed a good umbrella and this one really appealed to me. I chose the London model and upon arrival I was very much impressed. Not only beautiful and even interesting, this puppy is well built and I suspect will last a very long time. If you want compliments, just open this up and take a walk; you won't be disappointed. This umbrella is a real ego booster...compliments just keep rolling in while you're using it.

This umbrella is very sturdy and thus it appears that it will hold up in the wind (although I haven't used it on a windy day yet). The problem is that it is heavier than my previous portable umbrellas and thus will weigh more in my pocketbook than I would like. Also, it is bulkier than previous umbrellas when rolled up. For some, it will be worth the trade off. But I'd prefer a lighter portable umbrella so it does not weigh down my shoulder bag.

Bought 2 of these in November of last year. It's 7 months later, and we use them regularly. They are still in great condition. Holding up very nicely. Compared to all my other umbrellas that last a few weeks, these are really strong and durable! Really pleased with purchase!!

The velcro on the little strap that holds it shut is very poor and has worn out. I've had this umbrella for over 2 years, but I live in CA so don't use it very often.Also, it's very hard to get it closed. I have to use 2 hands.Other than that, I love this umbrella.

I did not keep this umbrella because it was a gift for someone who passed away before I could give it to her. However, it was colorful and seemed to be of sturdy material and put together well, but, I can only give it four stars, since I didn't actually use it. Good value for the money and I like the way it was auto open & close.

I have owned this umbrella now for almost two years. This is the best umbrella I have owned. It has survived snowstorms, heavy rainfall, and strong wind gusts. Well worth the money.

When it worked, it worked great. After about 10 total uses, the mechanism that keeps the umbrella open has now stopped working. In the trash it goes along with the cheap ones.
