Apparently good insoles
I am going by feedback myself as the size which arrived was much larger than what I ordered. Amazon and Footsmart were kind enough to grant a refund although they can't do refunds on insoles. It turned out that a friend's son has flat feet and they went to him. his Mom said he is extremely happy with them and his running shoes feel much better so they went to a god home and it sounds as though they are quite good.

I have lupus and have a lo of problems with my feet due to the lupus. These actually did not work well for me, but I believe it is from the pain I get from the lupus and not from this insert.

Insert for Diabetic women
Insert was hard to fit into shoe plus the inset itself was hard to touch and no way would I be able to step on it for comfort. It seemed to me it was more for a male person .

Might help some of your foot problems.
quite comfortable. I am not diabetic, just flat tender feet, this insole eases some discomfort. I'm fairly sure these can help you also.

Love these! I've had 2 foot operations for 2 neuromas, and I had knee surgery, so my right foot and leg need comfort. I've tried so many different inserts and been disappointed but from the first moment I put these in my shoe I was amazed. Very cushioned and comfortable. I would recommend anyone with sore feet to try these. The size perfectly fit my shoe with no trimming. I plan to buy more.

Fantastic for diabetic feet.
These are truly comfortable for those with feet ravaged by disease or injury. I bought these for a family member with diabetic feet. Actually I bought a couple of different brands. All were acceptable but these won hands down. If you have diabetic feet I can recommend you give these a consideration. Be sure to get the right size and that they do not bunch up in your shoe.

Inserts for diabetic shoes
This were bought to comfort the sole of my work shoes. They a proven to be excellent comfort when I am on my feet for hours. With diabetes these inserts really help my feet comfortability.
