Cuts like a warm knife through dried concrete
I was skeptical of buying the Mean Klean concret dissolver because of so many other reviews that claimed that it didn't work, or that the user wound up using half of the bottle, or it left stains afterward.I didn't have any of those issues. I had dried concrete (floor leveler to be exact) that I neglected to wipe off when I finished leveling my floors. I was at my wits end on how to remove the stuff from my tools because I reeeeally didn't want to just throw them away. The video ad I saw on YouTube for Mean Klean looked cheesy, like all infomercials, I suppose. Anyway, I followed the directions on keeping the area I wanted to remove saturated, and sure enough the dried concrete on my tools fizzled with just a few drops. When the fizzle stopped I was able to wipe away the soggy concrete with cold water and a paper towel. The thicker spots obviously required more drops, but this dissolver broke down the dried concrete like a warm knife cutting through butter. You're not meant to dilute this and at no point did I actually spray it on the the tools, like you would spray glass cleaner on a window. Maybe that's why it worked so well for me, I don't know.Anyway, Mean Klean Concrete & Dissolver gets 5 stars for doing what it was designed to do exceptionally well. Also I received the delivery many days earlier than I expected.

Does not work
I tried this to remove dried concrete that has been splattered on a pickup truck . No results at all . thumbs down . I could have the same results by spraying 409 bathroom cleaner .

Took off concrete and finish
I had read other reviews and the advertising inferred that the product would remove the concrete and not remove the finish. It did remove the concrete but the finish was removed as well. I think this is a good product to remove concrete from pavers but not thresholds.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
It foams up and that is about all it will do! even following the direction to the letter still did not even remove the thinist of excess mortar

This "non-acidic" product ruined the chrome on the front bumper of my brand new truck. And the specs of concrete didn't come off either.

doesn't do anything
I've tried this on concrete that was stuck to my floor inside. It did absolutely nothing to "dissolve" anything. Don't waste your money and time.
