The hat is lovely & excellent quality, we firstly ordered a size small for my son based on his head size & the size chart but it was way too small, we arranged a return & reordered a size large which fits him well & he’s delighted with.

Sizing chart giving incorrect information
The sizing of product was not correct, I used the hat measuring method stated and ordered the large size, this was incorrect and perhaps should have ordered extra large as hat is way to small, is it possible for you to replace it
