Directions:1. Fry and sear chicken in 1/4 tab of butter in a saucepan for 5 minutes on a medium high heat till golden brown. 2. Stir in Patel's Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce, along with water, cover and simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and desired sauce consistency is achieved. 3. Add cream and simmer uncovered for 30 seconds. Garnish with fresh, chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with naan bread or steamed Basmati rice.
