This book along with the Wireless Network Security A Beginner's Guide should be a pair in every infosec beginner's library. Very practical and useful. IT people should read this also.

Good information, opens your eyes to the woes of the internet.
This is a book that beginners and intermediates can understand as it oesn't get overly technical. It is nice to know so you will at least limit your exposure on the internet.
