Beware !!!
Even if the seller claims the software is (new-unopened and includes a serial number) it is of no use to anyone because it can not be activated since it is no longer recognized by Sage Software. Sage is more than happy to sell you the newer, more expensive version of their software running on Microsoft's latest flawed operating system.Don't waste your time or money on any Peachtree/Sage software older than 2011, these versions can't be registered and therefore cannot be activated for normal use, thus they will not operate beyond (five trial openings/uses) of the installed program.Buy QuickBooks for longer support of their software back to 2003 on some versions. Something a (very small) business needs when starting out.Most likely the main reason you looked at software of this age was to utilize an old computer and operating system.

Disappointed
I was going through the manual and was excited to get started, but it doesn't work on ALL Windows 7! Only 32 bit OS, my laptop is 64. Makes no sense, but check your system first. Went with gnu cash instead.

Problem with operating system and anti-virus needs to be off during installation, did not pass that point, good value for money paid still
