So far so good!
My two year old fancies herself something of a mini sensation; she sings CONSTANTLY! In the car, in the tub, watching shows…falling asleep! It seems like if she isn’t actively involved in something hands-on, or eating, then she’s probably singing quietly to herself.In the past we have bought her one of those plastic echo microphone toys, and she loved that, but the second those get the slightest bit of saliva in the top they stop working. Have you ever seen the way that a toddler tries to insert these things into their mouths? Its disgusting!Obviously we needed something more durable, and something that could be easily disinfected. I’m happy to report that this is both of those things.The sound isnt too loud. It connected easily with my dated smart-phone on the FIRST try, and its very portable for my clumsy two year old. Maybe just as importantly, it doesn’t need batteries! You plug in to recharge! Why don’t more toy makers do this?? As long as it holds up, it’s a home run for us! I’ll try to remember to update our review after a few months to report on its durability, but at this point I don’t have any reason not to recommend it, it’s wonderful.

Broke in 5 minutes!!! JUNK! Worst Purchase!
I bought this for my daughter at the end of June for her August 26th birthday. She opened this yesterday. When she plugged the microphone in it snapped off inside. So she had it maybe 5 minutes and it’s broken. We are going to try to get the metal piece out with pliers that snapped off from the microphone. If it does come out we will still need a new microphone. Where do I get that???Update: 11/25/2019I have emailed this seller 3 times and they promise to send a new microphone. It’s been 3 months now and I still have a broken product. This was my worst purchase ever from Amazon! JUNK PRODUCT and WORTH 1 STAR!! DO NOT BUY.
