Arrived dirtycover in scratches, initially i put this down to poor handling but it also has a defect on the handle...waited till i had used and cleaned it before reviewing,results are in the last pick i took.I cooked 2 eggs in it on the smallest Gas hob at lowest heatwith some melted butter liningthe pan.cooked my eggs with runny yolksand the egg still stuck to the base.I cleaned as any other delicate pan and the silver coating began to lift,which is disappointing to say the least as the idea of this productwas very appealing.This is only good for use as an ornament and that's if you want a decorative feature that looks like it's been kicked around a warehouse for10 years."Invest your money better than I"

After having visited Turkish, I wanted to get one of these frying pans. I found this one fairly priced. The pan is as described and I like it.I highly recommend it!Ps: for those writing bad reviews because of the pan changing color after used. It is normal for copper to change color as you heat it. Mine started changing color right away with sort of bluish stains, but this is perfectly normal because of the material. Don't be discouraged because of those bad reviews.

Maravilloso sartén lo he disfrutado a cada momento.Lo que no me gusta es que traté de comprar más pero lo tienen agotado.En total compré dos, en dos ocasiones distintas. La primera vez vino cuidadosamente empacado y eso me habló muy bien de la empresa. El segundo llegó bien a mi casa de milagro. Pésimamente mal envuelto. No mantuvieron su calidad.Comentar también que el vaso de cobre para el ayran turco, lo podía comprar en 150 y ahorita subió muchísimo el precio. No sé q que se deba pero ya no me pude comprar los vasos. Ojalá puedan revisar esto. Y para la empresa turca, si pueden traer vasos de Ayran en otros modelos y en tono plata no cobrizos. Gracias

Schnell bisschen Öl in optisch schöne handverarbeitete Kupferpfanne und danach Klein geschnipselte grüne Paprika- Pilz- Tomaten und verquirlte Eier drauf evtl.bisserl Streukäse mit Holzspatel ein bisschen unterrühren und nach 2-3 min mit Iso- Handschuhen von Kochstelle nehmen ( Vorsicht! Händel werden sehr heiss da Kupfer super Wärmeleiter ist!). Essen nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen und immer gut verrühren evtl mit Holzspatel fest angekochtes lose rubbeln...dann brennt auch nichts an wie viele das hier kritisiert haben! Pfanne immer gleich nach Essen mit lauwarmen Wasser+ Spüli und weichem nicht kratzigem Schwamm auswaschen! Fest angetrocknetes mit Zewa wegrubbeln! Das Essen schmeckt viel besser als aus einer gewöhnlichen Pfanne aber aufpassen da es super schnell heiss wird und super schnell fertig kocht! Klare Empfehlung für optischen Hingucker
