I've tried somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-20 different LED strips over time, and this I don't think would even fall within the top 10 of every other brand I have tried.For starters, what the heck? $60 and they only give you SIX FEET of LED strip? WHAT? Most other LED strips out there run $20-30 for 16, some even give you 32 feet for that price!Secondly, the amount of LEDs you actually get on each strip is far from impressive too; if it's going to cost that much per foot then I would expect these strips to be LOADED with LEDs, like INSANE brightness was my expectation, something along the lines of LIFX maybe, as that is the closest LED strip I know of that runs in this "premium pricing" range... but no...On brightness, these have got to be some of the DIMMEST most POINTLESS led light strips I have ever tested; at 100% brightness set to any color (red, green, blue) with them put behind my TV, I could BARELY EVEN TELL THAT THEY WERE TURNED ON!Compare this to a $30 Maxonar 16 foot light strip that I currently have on the back of that same TV, which has I would say at least 2-4 times as many LEDs on it, which pretty much lights up the entire room when its turned on; I compared them by swapping which one was on and which one was off, and the difference was absolutely staggering.To top this all off, there was some TERRIBLE delays between when I would issue a command via. Google Home and when it would actually update the color on this strip, and on a couple occasions it just never even registered... my maxonar strip by comparison has never once had any delay OR any failure to respond to a Google Home command.Verdict:Brightness: 1 out of 10Network: 2 out of 10 (not as bad as Govee, but then nothing else ever is)Price: 1 out of 10EPIC FAIL

We put these behind our couch for some ambiance and the lighting is perfect. Yeelight messaged me the day they were delivered with clear instructions on how to set it up, as well as how to pair it with Alexa. If able to, I will edit this review when its dark outside so I can submit a picture, but believe me when I say they’re fantastic!There's multiple color options and settings, and the adhesive works well. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Doesn’t connect with app due to regional restrictions. Only for china mainland. And still didn’t connect. Waist of time.

Can’t use this on an airgapped network. The light resets every 5 minutes if it cannot reach the internet. If you care whether your IoT devices are spying on you DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

So idk what the other review is talking about. It’s plenty bright and it’s not overpriced. Nowhere near $60 lol.Anyhow, I purchased it as lighting for my desk and integration with Razer Chroma. It doesn’t do that. Their other light strips do. If you want the easiest application, the 1S will do it for Chroma integration.

So I'm already invested in the Xiaomi/Yeelight ecosystem and was looking for some LED strip lights for a display cabinet and saw these. The length is about right for what I needed, but I wasn't sure if they would work with the Mi Home app since it wasn't listed anywhere, but I'm happy to say it does! I couldn't get it to connect at first, but was able to do it after switching off my Adguard VPN on my phone. Now I've got it connected to Mi Home and Yeelight and I can add it to my other lights so they can come on with motion detection or on a timer etc. The lights might not be super bright, probably because of the LED spacing (they are spaced about 1 3/8" or about 35mm), but it's good enough for my uses. The strip itself is flexible too, more than I had expected. There is ample power cord as well from the lights to the switch and outlet so you can route the wires. These are my first LED strip lights but I'm just happy they work in the Mi Ecosystem and I don't have to get them from ali express or somewhere else.Also, for some reason I couldn't find this info on the listing here, but the model number is YLDD04YL, and this is the Yeelight Lightstrip Plus. Also I connected these to Mi Home using the mainland China server, no issues once Adguard was off, and it updated the firmware as well. I assume you could use the US server too if you wanted to just for these lights.

pc机をおしゃれ（笑）にするために購入しました。razer chromaと同期できると記載があったのでPHILIPSとYeelightと悩んだ結果、安価のこちらを購入しました。Yeelightのアプリを使うにはXiaomiのアカウントを作らなくてはいけなくてこの時点でかなり萎えますが、我慢します。位置情報の権限を要求して来ますが我慢します。正確な位置情報とか何に使うのでしょうか。アプリとこの商品をwifiで接続するのもなかなか上手くいきません。家のwifiをつけたり消したり、他のに繋いたり、この商品から出てるwifiに繋いだりしていろいろ試行錯誤してる間に繋がりました。繋がった要因は不明です。アプリのレビューを見るとここでつまずいて星1レビューがたくさんありました。これでスマホでコントロールは出来るようになりました。色と明るさとレインボーに光ることを設定できます。その後razer chrima に繋げるためにyeelight chroma connectorをインストールしましたがこの商品を認識しません。IPアドレスを見る限り同じネットワークにあるみたいですが、フリーズしてるレベルで動きません。ネットワークを見直して公式ページを参照して、radditの困ってますスレも確認して一通りやりましたがだめでした。解決しました！という投稿はなさそうです。繋がる人は何もしなくても繋がってるみたいです。ユーチューバーの方々はみんな繋がっていて問題なさそうです。そもそもyeelight chroma connectorについて解説してる人は外国人含めても殆どいないんですよね。さらっと流してます。私は諦めました。LEDテープライトとしては不満はありませんが、光らせるだけなら物理リモコンの付いたもっと安いので良いと思います。他のYeelightの製品とアプリで一括オンオフ調光できるはずなので、比較的安価で求める人にはいいかもしれません。アレクサに接続できるそうなのでそれを使う人も評価が良くなると思います。私はrazerと連携したくて買ったので最低評価ですが。繰り返しなりますが、環境に依りますので、使える人は使えます。試しに電球等もっと安いやつで試してみてから本格的に導入したほうが良いと思います。PHILIP HUEなら繋がってたのか気になりますが、怖くて試せない体質になりました。
