Garbage product. I hate to leave a negative review but the product was defective upon receipt and the customer service was also garbage. Now I’mstuck with a safe that doesn’t open. Find something reliable, because this isn’t it. I’ve reached out to them several times and even gotten Amazon customer service involved and they won’t take their own product back. If I could give them zero stars, I would. That last thing you need in an event of an emergency is an unreliable safe.

This box had good reviews, so I ordered it. The lock would not work. After many tries, I returned the product for a refund. I liked the item, but what good is a lockbox if it won't work?

This safe is a piece of junk. difficult to lock and extremely difficult to unlock. as a matter of fact as I’m writing this review I am unable to unlock. !!!!!😡will probally have to bust lock to get my money out ! Junk

a nice little safe. Everybody should have one. The price is good also.

Literally couldn't open this to save mine or my husband's life. Returned.Product also looked like it had been dropped or scratched all over. Seems we weren't the first people who has tried to get it open.

Broken when received. Wouldn’t return because I was 10 days past the return window. It was a gift so it wasn’t opened immediately. Very disappointed.
