I love this you can notice the shrinkage day one on your stomach and sides. I will purchase this one again and again I recommend this the only thing after a couple where's must wash because it holds smell.

Finally, sauna belt that fits and keeps me Trim

It works keeps back in tact but valcro wears off in 3 months time they should make it where it lasts longer. But other than that it works

9/14 The quality surprised me when I open it, it is the same quality compare to my previous Sweat Sweat belt which costed me more than $20 but this belt only cost me $15 which I feel it is really worthy.9/24 Since i had used it several times for my work out and motorcycle long distance back support comparing to Sweat Sweat, both actually perform the same result, I can't tell the difference. But the price of Biange belt is much better, I would change my four stars to five stars or even 6 stars if they let me do it. I have been using a lot of waist belt in the past few years, this is the first time I give 5 stars to Biange.10/7 I spent a week trying to communicate with customer service, everything went great, but all of a sudden there is no response even though I sent several emails to push. I will wait to see how it goes and come back to update the comments here since customer service is part of the quality. Hopefully I can keep this 5 stars.

Great back brace / sweat belt
I got this originally for my back pain however it slimmed my waist area in the process I had to order a smaller size ! So it will slim your middle & give good back support

Fits perfect and because of the material it doesn’t roll up or slide up and it’s very form fitting. Makes me sweat alot
