Weights are easy to remove, gears are harder to find
The weights are easily removed with a vice grip and pliers, but gears for the 0.79mm shaft are significantly less common than larger diameters. The shafts are fairly brittle and easily snapped with a pliers, if you aren't careful.

These items worked as described. I did not need the weights and found them easy to remove.

Make a racket...
I got these to vibrate when a button is pushed. I epoxied one to a the sheet metal enclosure. When activated, it makes a racket; just what was needed.
