Unfortunately, this is the first negative review I have to write for any diamond dotz product I have purchased. The print of the symbols was not good at all, very difficult to discern in some cases. The drills were terrible! Overwehlming majority had divots, tags, or unusually small. Haven't even started the 2nd one yet as I am not sure if it will be a waste of time only nine as was the 1st cat one. Very disappointed as these were to be framed fun gifts for a friend's office. Probably going to simply order another set From another vendor since I have never experienced this with all the others I have purchased and completed.

The product itself is good. And I got replacement on time. so the services is good. The only complaint I have is that my little girl ordered this items expecting to have 4 different dogs pictures but we received the first shipment with duplicate dog image. And we request a replacement in a hope to get it right but we encountered the same situation for the 2nd shipment as well. She got 2 x LM097 (background purple)I am not sure how to do to get the right product as I feel guilty to have the vendor reship for no extra cost and return. But I do hope to received what I ordered. Please advise what we should do. tks

The drills are nice and very sparkly but that's the only thing these pictures have going for them. They are a lot smaller than advertised and you can barely tell what they are supposed to be unless you're at least 10 feet away and squint. I have to be truthful. I started both of them but didn't finish them because I just couldn't get into something that looked so bad. Don't waste your money.

Very pixilated. Looks minimally like the picture. The fur on the Santa hat on the puppy just runs right into the snowman's face. It looks like a giant tongue. No snowflakes in the sky, just blobs. I think you are better off skipping these small cheap diamond paintings and buy a more expensive large print because those are so much better. Plenty of supplies included here. Easy symbols.

Some of the lettering that had a dark color was difficult to read, even with glasses or a magnifying glass. Some of the numbers were not put in correct order so that your beads did not fit properly. Overall, the picture was nice.

This would be very cute if you were able to see the small animals (like shown on the pictures)Also some of the colors should be different shadeIf this product was bigger finished product would look great

Disappointed in the words. Letters are not completely legible. My granddaughter loves it but will not be able to put the saying on. Disappointed.

Gave this to a person who has a black cat and likes to bird watch in the early AM

Got this as my first diamond painting and I loved doing it! This will be a gift for my son, who loves cats and kittens. I think, based on the picture on Amazon, I was expecting it to be more clear and less like a mosaic, but it's still lovely and I will be buying more to make and give as gifts. Thank you!
