Soho Modern Style Mid-Century Modern Lounge Chair, with Included Ottoman, 3 Leather Options (Black, Italian Leather)

The chair has seemed in good condition but recently was upset to learn that this was marketed as a soho modern style chair but was actually sold by Modstone. I’m having trouble verifying it’s authenticity.The base is Herman Miller Style. Not Vitra.I’m concerned that these cushions are stapled and not zippered. Even the quality of the leather is something I am questioning now.
