Get a Bigger Size!!
I am soooo glad I got the 3x because it fits PERFECTLY! I wear an XL, in general, or a size 16 and most of my weight is my midsection. The bust line doesn't come down as far as in the description picture but, I don't have a very large bust so it's fine for me. I gather it might be a little snug for someone past a C cup, though.Overall, I enjoyed the nice sweat that I got from it after a 30 minute workout and even wearing it for work for half of a day.

Sizing a bit tricky
Really like this item but was hard to determine size to order even after reading numerous reviews and size guide. I normally wear XL (14-16) so I went with XXL. The fit was comfortable although I would prefer it more skin tight, cinched around natural waist line. The arms were awkward, they didn’t seem proportionate to rest of the body shaper and kept sliding off my shoulders. I’m returning and ordering a size down to see if it works out.

Sizing is wrong
I tried it on and it was way too big. I followed the size directions and got a large. I could’ve gotten a medium or even a small. The sizing is all wrong. Will update after first use

Does make you swewat, but uncomfortable to wear.
I received my vest fairly quickly. The fit around the tummy is really good, however at the too it is misshapen so it's very uncomfortable to wear. The material isn't as flexible as it is portrayed to be. In my opinion it's a cheaply-made product of somebody else's brilliant idea. The material is a thinner version of the material used in scuba suits. I wasn't very happy.I rated it at a two because it does make you sweat.

El producto es bueno pero el servicio es TERRIBLE por que el primero que compre el tamaño estaba muy pequeño entonces lo regrese y ordene otro me mandaron el segundo ese le quedó excelente a mi esposa pero NO ME RE-ENBOLSARON MI DINERO DE EL PRIMERO POR ESO EL SERVICIO NO ME AGRADO BASTANTE SON UNOS LADRONES!

This is a good product but it has its cons
This is a good product but it has its cons. If I wore it during cardio days it would ride up and rub on my arm pits causing sores. I was constantly adjusting it.
