I’m like it. Numbers are big and perfect. Like the usb plugs in the back of it. Very helpful. Mush the back up kept the clock on when power is out but all it does is keep the time for when power is back. I have had it for 18 months and one of the digits light is out and doesn’t light the whole number. Super annoying. Trying to figure out how to contact seller and find a new light bulb or something to fix it.

I bought this to put on my tv cart because I no longer have a cable box (I went to streaming). It is perfect for my needs, what else can I say.

I bought this only to use as a clock, since I use my phone as an alarm, so I can't speak to the alarm function of the clock. But everything else is quite nice. I like the top light - the orange is nice and calming so it would be a good nightlight for someone who wants one. Nice range of brightness, and you can adjust the brightness of the clock numbers separately from the top light which is nice. It's nice that I can plug my phone into it for charging. Very easy to read. Nice minimalistic design.

We purchased this alarm clock in mid-November 2019 and it's been keeping time wonderfully ever since. Right out of the box, we skimmed through the manual and noticed it was basically just like every other alarm clock we've had over the last 40 years (with the exception of no built in radio, something we weren't looking for). What this clock does have is a beautifully large, clear and adjustable display. We really like this feature.Setting the time / alarm was a snap and didn't require instructions, but they are supplied (they're also available as a .pdf download on the Amazon product page should you misplace them - see User Manual after Product Information).One thing we noticed in the more critical reviews was that people were having trouble with the battery backup, stating it doesn't work when the power goes out. This isn't necessarily true and might well be a misunderstanding. In our experience of owning many battery backup clocks over the years, the clocks will go blank but keep time with a power outage. Once AC / DC power is restored, there is no need to reset the time / alarm on this clock. We have lost power twice and relocated the clock from one room to another (and then to another). The clock and alarm functioned just as the manufacturer states in the owner's manual - it goes blank while retaining the current time, and displaying it accurately once power is restored. For more clarification, this information is found under the "battery backup" section in the owner's manual, as follows:"BATTERY BACKUP 1. Under the battery power, the display will go blank and the preset alarm will not go off, but the time and alarm settings are saved. 2. Once the batteries are removed and with an interruption of power, the TIME and ALARM need to be reset when the power comes back. 3. Do not mix new and old batteries; Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel cadmium) batteries. Please dispose of old batteries in a responsible manner as they may leak."The clock features a jumbo display, 0-100% sliding brightness setting, time format setting of 12-hour or Military time, an illuminated and large SNOOZE button, a nightlight dimmer, 3 USB outlets, one of which is used to power the clock, the other two can be used to charge cellphones, tablets, etc. (output: 5V /1A-2.0A) -- it's a good idea to consult not only the owner's manual of this clock, but any other devices you might be interested in charging through this one to make sure it's supported.It's a great little clock, easy to operate, and well worth the money.

I love that I can control how bright the numbers are at night and also that the numbers are big enough to see without my glasses in the middle of the night. Other clocks have been too bright and distracting and also too small or blurry to read at night. This clock is perfect. It also isn’t too bulky or an eye sore. It blends in just fine. Absolutely love this clock.

I had gotten my kid a previous version of the Housbay alarm clock with USB ports for Christmas and it was alright, worked well. Didn't think much of it but this new model came out and I was curious to compare.This is quite an upgrade from the previous model. Yes, it only comes in white at the moment but I don't mind. What I will say is the numbers on this are crisp! There are dials for adjusting brightness of the digits and separately for adjusting brightness of the nightlight. Aside from that, the light can be turned on or off with the snooze button at the top. This clock allowed us to turn off the night light that had been on in my kid's room 24/7 for years and he liked that I let him pick how bright he wanted this to be.I also like that the USB ports being on the back on this model are an improvement as well. Makes it so the front of the clock doesn't have to be so wide and the cables don't pull it in odd directions. It charges other devices well, such as my kid's Kindle Fire Kids tablet.I have not yet tested the alarm or similar associated functions because that's not my personal use of this.As for the parts that I'm not as excited about. It doesn't have a normal charging port. It requires a USB-A to USB-A male to male cable rather than any other charging adapter. This could be confusing to some or annoying if anything happens to the cable vs if they'd used a standard USB-C or Micro USB. I'm assuming they could get more power out of it this way for charging other devices but there must be other ways to do it. It could be because of that or possibly other reasons that lately we've been having issues charging. One, it charges slowly. Takes most of the day/night to charge the kid's Kindle Fire. I'm still testing other cables to see if that's the issue.Overall, I'm not knocking any stars off for those minor things as so far it has worked out as designed with no issues.

Nice clock with large readable display, but takes up very little space on nightstand. Buttons in the back are easy to use and marked with black print on white background so they are easy to read. All controls are accessible and easy. Backup batteries easy to install. The plug adapter was included with my purchase so the clock was ready to go and has been accurate. (Dimmer switch for clock timer is excellent and nightlight that can be "high" "low" or "off" is accessible on top of the clock.) Very glad I purchased this clock.

The low background light option is great. Use it in our bathroom so we can see the time at time with our having a bright light shining.

Love the clock as it's easy to read, looks nice, and is very bright. For whatever reason, when the power flickers, the alarm automatically is set to on. You must turn it off everytime the power goes out and comes back. Kind of an annoyance especially if it goes off in the early morning hours.

I really wanted a clock with just the time, simple, easy, basic, but big letters so I could see from across the room when I wake up....It took me ages to settle on this one. But It's exactly what I need, plugs in, I can see the numbers from 8 or 9 feet across the room. You can dim the brightness, but I have a small room so doesn't make much difference . IN that my room won't be dark if it's dimmed but I don't care. My eyes are closed, I'm asleep! (bedroom). And really really easy to figure out. Successful purchase!

I purchased for my 93 year old mother as she was having trouble seeing her previous one. She said it is amazing.

This is our third clock. The light is not quite bright enough to read by, however it makes for a great bedside night light the fact that it is a white light and an orange light gives you a choice. The orange light is perfect for creating enough light without disturbing partner. Also the simple activation using the snooze bar makes it very simple to operate. We barely use or bedside lights anymore. The button controls on the back also are straightforward to set time and alarms.
