Worked like a charm (even with a bad head cold)!!!
I was not convinced these would actually work, but guess what? They worked GREAT!!! I had to fly with a cold, and my ears were very full, yet using these prevented me from having a painful experience on take off and landing…worth every cent spent on them! They were super easy to put in my ears and felt totally comfortable once inserted. I put them on when the plane was getting ready to take off and once we reached cruising altitude, I put them back in the nice case they come in…reinserted them once the announcement was made that we would be getting ready to descent for landing. I also used them on the return flight (my cold was gone then), but they kept my ears from that “full” feeling that often happens on flights when you take off and land. I will DEFINITELY be bringing these along on all future flights! The box says you can use them for 2 fights, but I think I will try them for one more flight, and buy a new box to bring along, too…WORTH IT to me for certain!

These work!
These are a miracle product! I hate flying. I get dizzy from the pressure in my ears, so I stopped going anywhere I had to fly. For my 60th bday we decided to go out of the country so I got these, and they worked so well. The app tells you when the pressure changes so you know when to put them back in. However, I put mine in after we boarded and didn’t take them out until the doors opened upon landing. No dizziness and no pain in my ears. I just ordered more for another trip. The only negative is that they’re not sealed. The box was damaged, and I hate putting anything in my ears that may have been opened.

EarPlanes do work for me somewhat, but there are some things I want to share about it
When I first read the reviews for these, I was extremely excited about them. For me, when the playing is taking off my ears are perfectly fine so I don't need them for that. I only have a terrible experience when the plane descends. My ears will go through excruciating pain once the flight hits the 45 minute mark before landing. My ears would pop really bad to the point where tears are coming out of my eyes. After I get off the plane, I would try to just hold my breath, pinch my nose and blow into my nose. That never worked for me and it made the pain a hundred times worse. The first time I did it, it made my ears really bad and I never did it again. My ears would still be bad for a whole week, which makes the trip less enjoyable.Ever since I tried EarPlanes, they've helped a lot. The thing is, my ears still do pop but it's not as bad as before. I put these on 1 hour and 15 minutes before landing just because I get nervous if they don't work. You can definitely put these on 45 minutes before, or whatever other reviews suggest. I noticed that when the plane hits the 45 minute mark, my ears are still perfectly fine. The ear popping begins at the 20 minute mark. This time, the pain was only a 3 on a scale of 1-10 (but please keep in mind that everyone has a different pain tolerance). I was really surprised how it reduced the pain for me. I take it off right when the plane hits the ground even though the box says to take it off after you leave the plane. My ears still aren't clear though. However, when I go to sleep the night I arrive and wake up the next morning, my ears are perfectly clear. So to summarize my overall review, I will continue to use them because they definitely do reduce the pain for me and my ears get better the next day vs. not using them and having to go through a week of bad pain. I honestly can't travel without these. How I Put It Inside- for my personally, I had no trouble putting them inside my ear. For example, I would use my left hand to hold up my left ear, then I would use my right hand to insert the item. After awhile, I just started to screw it inside or just insert it in. Whatever method I used, the results would still be the same. How Well I Can Hear- I can still hear the announcements, but I can't hear the passenger next to me. However, it doesn't matter to me since I put it inside my ear around the time the flight attendants are done passing out condiments and I don't usually make conversation with other passengers. If anything, I would just nod or give them some sort of gesture that says "yes please" or "no thank you" in terms of them asking if I need water or a snack.

They worked for me!
I bought these after a Google search for ear pain during/after flying. I had my ears clogged for a whole week after my flight and was willing to try anything. The reviews really helped with my decision and I agree these work great. Just had my first round trip flight with these and had no ear pain. I put them in before take off and took them out after we got to the jet bridge (and after the aircraft’s door opened). My ears popped some, but there was no discomfort and yawning did the trick. They also come in a convenient carry case. So glad I tried these!

These were a godsend
For some reason my ears started hurting far more than normal while in flight and I'd stay stopped up for a week after. I decided to give these a try and had a total of 4 flights and I had no ear pressure/pain at all! I did make a mistake or wearing the first pair for the whole flight and that made my ears sore but for next 3 I would put them in for the first 10-15 min and the last 10-15 min. I was still able to hear the announcements as well as listen to my over the ear headset. These will be a staple for me going forward.

They work!
I wore these on my trip to Las Vegas. I still had some ear pain and discomfort bit greatly reduced. This became apparent when on my trip back to Florida, I removed them halfway thru the trip and definitely regretted it. It hurt so bad. I was deaf in my left ear for days and pain. They travel easy since they are small. Easily removed and fit great. I have small ears. Helped reduce noise some, I wore them under my headphones. Will repurchase for future flights.

These REALLY WORK!
These WORK. Using Earplanes I can fly like normal people, instead of being in pain. If you have trouble with the pressure changes involved in air travel and can’t understand why you’re the only one in tears while others around you are casually reading magazines or doing crossword puzzles, try Earplanes. THANK YOU to the creators and marketers of this simple yet ingenious product.

These actually work.
OMG these actually worked. I had an ear infection before my flight and could tell I still had fluid in my ear. I had no pain at all. I left them in the entire flight. I always have issues flying. Not anymore. Thank you. Highly recommend.
