God's Medicine Bottle

Everything that Derek Prince writes in this book is accurate and true. I went through an illness and I spoke the word of God over myself three times a day by reading aloud the scriptures on healing. and At the end of that three weeks I was completely disease free. I still remain clear of all disease today and it’s been 11 years. I make speaking God’s word a regular part of my life.

This book is a plain and simple explanation of how God's Word produces healing. It is easy to read and understand. If you are tired of the world's way of treating sickness and disease and are ready to be healed believe God for healing read God's instruction manual, The Bible, follow Proverbs 4:20-22. Take it as medicine every day several times a day. There are no harmful side effects, you can't overdose, you'll never run out, it has already been paid for by Jesus Christ, the prescription has your name on it ( he said your name is written in the Lambs Book of Life) all you have to do is take it! Don't stop there the Bible is full of healing scriptures. Take them all become an addicted to the Word.

I loved the booklet. If there is anything remotelyNegative I would say it's a very tiny booklet, (50 some pages) and If you read other books from him you will see some of the information repeated but, still, I am glad i bought this. I found the information very helpful and I thumb through it every night to repeat the scriptures. Derek Prince was a great man of God.

Derek Prince has become my favorite Bible teacher and scholar. I bought many healing books as I battle my illness. His teaching helps me to focus on the Word of God which truly is the medicine. God is the healer/ doctor and gives precise direction with a condition we must meet. Proverbs 4:20-22 has become one of my anchor verse as I meditate on the Word of God every out loud, so that it penetrates my heart and manifest healing. Submitting myself to God, humbling myself, and simply believing in His Word is the only miracle for physical and mental healing. I am blessed to have read this book. Hebrews 6:12: Through faith and patience I inherit the promises.

This book is a Godsend, literally. It is packed with useful information for those who seek an alternative truth to healing. I highly recommend this book to anyone who seeks a Spiritual Answer for life/healing. Derek writes his most concise truth about healing in this book, it is relatively small, but don't let that put you off purchasing, it really is a Gem.

Derek Prince was a true apostle of Christ. Reading or listening to him always advances my Christian walk. I can't recommend him highly enough for those who seek someone who goes against the grain of the preachers and pastors of today. You can see that he was truly called by God, and not man appointed or applauded. Being led to him changed my Christian walk completely, for the better.

Plain and simple to the point. Humility is required. Open your eyes and ears to the Lord. Put down your preconceived notions. Submit and receive.

This is just a 60 page booklet, but it has a prescription for bodily health: read God's Word daily, and incorporate his Word into one's lifestyle.Derek Prince (one of my favorite Christian writers), explains how he was able to overcome a chronic skin condition during his service in WWII by applying the principles in this booklet. First and foremost, God's Word is "taken" daily, close attention is paid to the Word, one submits (humbles oneself) to the Word, and the Word becomes part of the soul. "For they (the Word of God) is life unto those who find them, and health to all their flesh" Proverbs 4:20-22.This is a very quick read, in fact, it can easily be read in one short sitting. This wonderful little book is an amazing signpost to the healing power of God's Word in the Bible. While serving as a medical orderly in North Africa for the British Army during WW2, Prince became incapacitated by a skin condition which kept him in hospital for 1 year. He started reading the Bible to find words of healing and came across these from Proverbs 4:20-22:- My child, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings.Do not let them escape from your sight; keep them within your heart.For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh.Prince prayed to God 3 times a day using these words, taking them as 'medicine'. Amazingly in a few months Prince was completely healed. The book points primarily towards faith in God's word for healing, that is fully believing that God can heal if we have faith that He can heal us. I came to this book after suffering first from a chest infection and then chronic fatigue for 8 months. Like Prince I took these words fully to heart and prayed them over myself at least 3 times a day as God's medicine for me. Amazingly 2 weeks after starting I felt better and my energies returned to my body. it has been an amazing example of God's love and healing through his Word. I fully recommend this to anyone struggling with a health condition who is open to the fact that God can heal.

I've just read through the book and I've found it uplifting, encouraging me to take the Holy Bible as the Word of God, and as something that can transform one's life, IF one is prepared to approach it with humility. Simplicity and Child-like Faith... At the moment based on Proverbs 4:20-23, I keep saying to myself words along the following lines "Father God, I believe that your Son Jesus Christ gave himself for me and rose again.. And I choose to take you at your Word that your Word will be medicine to my whole body, breathing life into me and bringing healing into every aspect of my life."

I read this book in one sitting. I have a son who has been attacked by a disease for four years now. The doctors are treating him with immunosuppressive medication which causes him to experience infections due to his suppressed immune system. I've been at a loss as to how to tackle this and have been trusting God to heal him. This book has inspired me to search out the scriptures and to take God at His Word.

A classic book on the relationship between healing and the Word of God, intelligently written and well-considered. A readable book and a great encouragement to faith. Everything by Derek Prince is well worth reading, in my view. I first read this one thirty years ago and I enjoyed re-reading this Christian classic.

It’s a great book - but a super short read. I wanted more. Great for people wanting to expand their faith regarding healing. It being super short it’s easy to read and read again. The Word is powerful and will bless you.

A compact little book. I read this in one sitting and it is very informative and uplifting. Derek Prince tells us that he had condition that put him in hospital and after reading the Scripture three times a day after meals he was cured. Very happy with my purchase. I bought it on Amazon UK Marketplace and it arrived promptly.Highly recommended.

very small booklet, can be read in about half an hour but some good stuff in it. good to hear how God moved in derek's life to bring healing. 4 main points on how to read God's word and receive great benefit and blessing from it. have passed it onto lots of friends

Excellent book!Exactly what it says on the cover of the book. Once again Derek prince excelled!Read this with an open heart.

Good book and easy to read and understand. Comes from a healing point of view and includes a personal testimony from Derek Prince who was healed from a condition himself. Quite challenging and you might not always agree. Derek will make you consider healing and its connection with openly and verbally proclaiming Gods word over your condition.

Derek Prince never minced his words and in this book he made a sharp and short case for the power of the Word if God to penetrate and heal areas we can’t touch with modern medicine.

Derek Prince is so true to the word of God. He has presented these truths that we might know healing in our own lives and that of others. I will seek to be diligent to apply these words and grow in faith and healing as a result.

I believe with all simplicity that God's Word can heal me. This little book has opened my eyes to see that I do not have to get too intellectual but take God's Word as it is written, trust and believe. A wonderful read. I have studied for too long, now is the time to come like a child. Love it !
