Don't buy,stopped function within 1 week and customer care are super careless.
Never buy from this brand Faber. If I had option to give minus ratings, I would have given that . Let me tell you worst product, brand and customer care.Installation happened almost after 20 days. Product stopped working after 1 week of use. Sensors not working.On top of it arrogant and negligent careless Faber customer care. The lady on the other side will not at all listen to you rather will ask you to call on the number given on warranty card.No matter how many times you call, they will disconnect without listening your problem.The technician who came for installation did not put any stamp on warranty card saying that your product details would be updated in Fabers's system and whenever we call customer care for any issue they will address.Now as customer you keep crying for getting your issue addressed and it will fall to deaf ear.Never buy from Faber or this seller

Super Product, but Poor Customer Service
The product looks good, but Faber's customer service is very unprofessional.It started with the sale when, after placing the order (and paying), the seller called me up to say that my (rural) address was "out of the service area". I should have guessed that there would be further trouble; instead, I provided my brother's urban address. My brother, nice guy that he is, completed the delivery, driving 40 km; all he got in return was a cup of tea.Now, my troubles with installation commenced. The odd thing is that the major responsibility for setting up the infrastructure -- 6" diameter hole in the wall, plug point -- is one's own; however, for the warranty to be valid, a "technician" has to complete the installation (cost 500 + travel), which just requires fixing a bracket to the wall, slipping the chimney into the bracket and, finally, plugging it in -- most teenagers can manage that. Unfortunately, getting that darn technician to show their face is proving to be more difficult than the 1200 km bike ride I did. The latter completed in a little under 4 days, but after more than a week of repeated calls to the Faber call center and the relevant service office, I have yet to encounter sight or sound of this "Faber expert".It looks like my remaining options are (1) return the item (difficult, because I really cannot impose on my brother again -- he's bigger than I am) or (2) complete the installation myself and take my chances with the 5+1 year warranty.

A chimney with the best performance spec.
The product comes with 1500 m3/h suction capacity which is the maximum available now. Could get it after discount at 12.5 k on prime day sales, which is probably the best price. Works well. Fulfills the operations needs of a chimney is all aspects. Installation was prompts from Faber. Has 3 speed levels, LED lights and baffle filters. Overall a satisfied purchase promptly delivered by Amazon at a very effective price when compared to market.

Low quality & inexperienced technician.
1. Inexperienced service technician, faulty fitment. Extra 10ft pipe purchased as per technician's advice from him but finally it comes shortage of pipe after fitment.2.Suction power found very weak.Fumes from coockware found diverted out of hood. Kitchen found full of smoke after installation & demo. Height decrease does not effect enough.3. Since last ten years , Kutchina was running without any problem in my kitchen.2.

Good Product - On-time Delivery & Installation
Bought this after a week browsing. The product was delivered on time and the installation was done as per schedule by Rupnath Bhandari.Posting the review note after a week usage where performance of the chimney seems satisfactory. Earlier Faber used to provide a plastic made oil collector, which they have upgraded to stainless steel collector.

Amazon delivered the product on perfect time. Faber service is pathetic. Today installation completed by Swapan Da from Faber service. He is very gentle, thoughtful & knowledgeable person. He is the cause that makes me install the product, else prepared for return. Build quality is good.

Non-responsive motion sensors and worst customer service
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Motion sensors stopped working after 4days of installation. Still trying to get it fixed by the service center but they keep delaying the service request..worst customer service.. don't get tempted by the huge discount..pay few extra bucks and go for a good brand..
