I was trying to save money and bought this for my two year old son. He LOVES it when it works. It's complicated to set and the light doesn't always turn on when it should, when the alarm is set for wake up time. The bedtime light works good though. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn't. You have to charge it daily in order for it to stay on all night. The port where the charging cord plugs in feels super cheap. Wiggling it around usually gets it to start charging, but today wiggling doesn't even help. We received this item a little over 1 month ago and it won't even turn on anymore.

My son has a sleep problem and he get out of bed many times just to ask the time. So I decided to get this sleep training clock to help out.The first impression is it is cute. The color light is beautiful. My son loves it. I did spent some time reading the instruction to setup the clock. But that doesn't bother me much as it is a one time thing.For now I only use it as a clock and the alarm light to tell my son to go to sleep. I don't know if it will really help him on the sleeping part, but at least my son stop asking me the time :)There is only one thing I would expect but it doesn't have: different schedule for weekday/weekend.

I got this alarm clock for my son who has difficulty transitioning to bed time. He enjoys this clock as a night light too. He likes hearing his alarm for bed. Just wish there was better alarm music than the Happy Birthday song and we wish you a merry Christmas. There is only 1 alarm sound that is not a special occasion sound. Must be kept plugged in all the time. Doesn’t work with out the charger

I read the reviews and thought the bad ones were user error. How difficult could it be to work a clock? Well this one found a way to do just that!- first when you set the time you have to do it in military time 24 hour clock. Then when you finalize it it shows the time in the 12HR AM/PM. Super strange and I spent 5 minutes trying to switch it to AM/PM and after giving up it I realized what it did.- the alarm sounds are AWFUL!!! They’re very quick which could send your kid in a panic and scare them waking up. I’d prefer softer and gradual music to help wake a child.- it gives you 4 sound options. 2 are Christmas songs and 1 is Happy Birthday. So you basically get one option. Not a fan of any of them so I took the music off.- the light is not bright at all. I was hoping for a bright soft light so I wouldn’t need an additional night light for my 2 year. Everyone who says it’s bright must have sensitive eyes.- it’s very small and just like all the other reviews say the directions aren’t very helpful. It also doesn’t come with a plug. Just a USB wire which made it feel cheap.I’m still deciding on if I want to return it or not but I really didn’t expect to be disappointed by a clock and I was. I wouldn’t had purchased had I known. To summarize it’s just a cheap dupe of a good idea but doesn’t deliver.

I wanted a clock to help one of my kids stay in bed longer in the morning, but didn't want to spend $50+ on one. I found the setup on this one not very intuitive. I struggle to remember how to reset it without the instructions. The light around the face is too bright for me to leave on when they're going to sleep, but it's fun to look at sometimes I guess. Other than not having a simple setup, my other complaint is the clock halfway wakes up 30 minutes before the actual wakeup time. I could do without that - I'd prefer one sleep time and one wakeup time. The halfway wakeup thing was confusing for my 4 year old at first, especially because the light around the face doesn't stay lit up. We still use it and it has helped push the wakeup time back, so I'm satisfied with the purchase overall. Can't comment on the alarm noises because we have it turned down to silent.

Edit: the clock stopped after 2months of use, waste of moneyMisleading description regarding the power source. It does include a rechargeable battery that can last less than one day. In the manual it says the clock needs to be hooked to power supply to work. The clock worked for less than one day then turned off by it self.

Daily alarm clock for the kids and has an easy to use configuration. Remember to have the alarm music icon on as well with the timed alarm for a musical alarm.

Horrible. Not intuitive to use at all and in less than 6 months, it no longer works because it won't actually make a noise. It never held a charge. Awful product.
