There are others that were better. A lot more "behind the scenes" than I ...
Not a fundraising "idea" book. There are others that were better. A lot more "behind the scenes" than I expected. That said, it is worth the read and there is a lot of information in it. Just not the kind of information I expected. More about maximizing corporate donations than what kind of event or fundraiser to request/use those donations FOR. More of a fundraising book for LARGE charities or companies. Not too much to help the little guy (for example, I don't anticipate getting a car to auction any time soon.). Worth the read, NOT the buy. It is a very thin book and did not have very much helpful (to me) information for amount I paid for it.
