I am a stroke survivor and this stuff is a life saver. I use it for everything: opening jars and bottles (keeps them from turning as I twist off the lid. Under plate, so as I chase food around plate one handed plate doesn’t move. I put a small piece one one knee and lift bad ankle onto it. Keeps my affected leg from sliding off as I put on shoes. As long as it is clean and dry, nothing slides or turns. I use it all the time and don’t know what I would do without it
