Sherry Vinegar - Aged 50 Years - 8.33 oz

I have tried many Sherry vinegars, and while this is not the finest, the finest is extremely hard to find. It should not be used in cooking, but for subtle seasoning sparingly in dishes already prepared needing a finishing touch.

Thin, even watery, very sharp tasting, with little decent aged vinegar flavor. Not sweet, almost bitter.Definitely not aged at all.
