Be careful!!!
Does sharpen knives very well...be careful!!....is a little difficult to hold,doesn't have suction to hold it down unfortunately...my only real disappointment is the the body of the unit is made of plastic...would of had a nicer quality of finish if made of metal...like I said it does still do the trick and breathes life back in to your favourite knives.

Worth the money
The knives were so sharp I even managed to nearly cut a finger end off and sliced in to the thunm on the opposite hand. So, yes the knives were sharp.
