I love the bike
I love the bike, the only thing that now works on it are the horn and the handle-twist throttle. I take it about 15 miles to work using just the throttle, boy I get haters and admirers all the time. People always saying what a nice bike it is, sadly they don't know I've had zero help from the customer service on fixing anything. The bike had a broken front headlight (a very dim glow) as well as a not mal-functioning battery display (stays full till the engine dies). The company asked for pictures and video through youtube, so I sent it through youtube, then they say "sorry we can see them" and it went back and forth through different apps with no success on their end. I asked for a partial refund and they got quiet for a few days then said "please tell us the issue with the bike again!" So I realized ive been the victim of "bad customer service" and to understand that buying a bike online is like buying a car online, you can buy a lemon. But I'd give this bike a definite 4 or even 5 stars if the customer service was better, I really like this bike even though the front headlight, the battery display or the pedal assist don't work on it anymore. The light and battery were never there, the pedal assist broke after very light use, the plastic sensor disk broke. Moral of this story, "be willing to not get what you paid for and have a hard time and the run-around to get fair treatment. But also, have a new world of biking opened up for you to experience, I think it's worth it or else I wouldn't have left this review... "Cheers!"
