I bought this bed frame last October when I needed a double bed in a hurry! It arrived compact and nicely packaged. Two single base parts that fold out and screw together. Very little to do! They also provided an adhesive tape for under the mattress but as the mattress was of a brand new deep quality, I decided not to use yet. It can move around getting on and off quickly, yes. But not awfully. For this one we have a bedside drawer unit either side and that helps. The tape would be a bonus.I am so impressed by this (and my youngest daughter has enjoyed) - that I am ordering another for her older sister today! We are decorating her room and so will probably use hers as a single with her existing single quality mattress until finished.The versatility is impressive. Just the fact that if either should decide they want a fancier base or move out, I can fold these down and store in a small space. Believe me that's essential for us!The other side I am impressed with is the height of the bed frame. It allows for a lot of storage underneath. With decorating, we have decided to take the idea of much more pricier storage beds and use this space for singular cube storage units that can hold a basket or be used for books or an ornament display. We're actually excited about this.So, would be recommend? Definitely!!

Perfect for a child’s mattress this bed frame is really ideal. It come all ready to fold out and secure into place. Position it where you need it and put the mattress on top. Has ample space beneath for putting things to store out of the way bu easy to access. Very, very handy bed frame. Best of what’s out there. Sensibly priced and ideal for longevity or short-term usage the same. Strongly recommended.

Used as an occassional spare bed with an air mattress. Very easy to assemble and fold back up for storage, and seemed sturdy enough with 2 adults sleeping on it for 3 nights.Its not really possible to fix a mattress to it though. The sticky strips provided with the frame dont work, so we had to make sure our guests were aware that the mattress could easily move when getting in and out of bed. This probably wouldnt be an issue with a normal pcoket sprung or foam one, but is something to consider if using with an air mattress

I am so impressed with this bed frame. I was looking for something that was inexpensive but reliable and sturdy- and also uncomplicated to assemble. It was in my basket for a while, while I pondered about how good the quality would be for less than £100When I went to order it- it had over 30% off .When it arrived, it was in a box- I was sceptic as to how many pieces it was going to be in.It was literally in two pieces that just attached to each other...with screws. The legs folded down and click into place. It is strong and sturdy and has quite frankly- blown my mind!My son says it's really comfortable..I honestly would highly recommend it.

Great product. Very happy that no construction required. Comes as two single bed bases that you just put up like a camp bed by opening the legs. Two screws so you can join at top and tail - fingers only, no tools required. Box was about waist high and easy enough to carry upstairs to bedroom alone. Product is sturdy and has good height off floor to allow storage below. Very happy with it. No need to spend extra to get the XL version.

This frame unfolds easily and comes in two pieces that screw together using thumb nuts and included hardware.The frame is sturdy. I have it paired with a Zinus 12 inch mattress and there is zero creaking. I weigh over 300 pounds, so heavier people can rest assured with the full frame. I imagine the Queen frame is also sturdy.A great buy for the price. Perfect for apartment livers or those looking for a solid but affordable guest room option.

If you don't want to buy a regular bed and need a quick solution, I can totally recommend these bed frames. They are quite stable and have a good hight (you can easily keep other things under it).

!!!!!!!Sept 2022 update:-Bought this frame July 2020 and I can honestly say it’s the one of the best purchases we’ve made. It’s still amazing. We’ve moved since buying it, and taking it apart/rebuilding it in the new place was super easy. I have no complaints other than you may want to add foam around the legs if you’re like me (I stub my toe a lot because I have terrible depth perception haha) but that’s not even a downside to the bed that’s just a me problem. A cut up foam noodle solved the issue fine!Also- my dog and cat spend a lot of time under it and it’s never once collapsed on them. Still holding up amazingly over two years later. Still no squeaks, not a sound.One thing I will recommend is getting a carpet for it or putting anti slip rubber things under the legs if you have hardwood, I just personally always recommend that anyways because I’m afraid of scratching the floor (we rent). Again not so much a product issue as a personal preference for precaution!TL;DR…. 2 years later it’s a great frame still. BUY IT!((Original review:))We bought this frame 6 months ago and it’s been amazing. I wanted to wait to review it properly.The frame is very tall so if you have a thick mattress you’ll find yourself up high like we do, but it doesn’t bother us. It worried me a bit at first because I was paranoid the frame would break, but after six months I can confidently say it’s very sturdy!Lots of space underneath for storage too, which is great if you live in a small space.The frame is silent, no squeaks or anything. Setup was relatively easy- less than 30 minutes.The frame comes with long sticky strips to adhere your mattress to the frame to prevent the mattress from slipping off. These work really well- almost too well, when we went to rotate our mattress recently it was really stuck on there! We ended up removing the tape and we found the mattress doesn’t really slip anyways, but the tape is really good for extra precautions if you’re worried.Overall this is a great frame for the price. Very sturdy, would recommend.
