This was for my hubby for fathers day and he absolutely loves it! Thank you for helping to make me an amazing wife!

First off, I absolutely love this chair. It assembled fairly easily and feels sturdy, and it’s quite comfortable and provides decent support. Foot rest is a fantastic bonus. Here’s the thing though: mine didn’t come with speakers as it should have per the listing. Not a big deal I thought, figured I’d just see if the seller would credit my Amazon account with a few bucks. Figured that would be easier and cheaper than shipping me a new backrest which was offered, and frankly I didn’t order the chair for the speakers anyway. At first it seemed like the seller was going to do it but then they just stopped replying. I tried sending another email with no response. False advertising + lack of responses from seller = 1 star. Why did I pay for a feature that I didn’t get? This would be 5 stars if they had fixed the issue.

After several attempts in the last couple of months of informing GTRACING that the wrong game chair (actually backrest only), was sent I can honestly say that they finally did right and shipped me the right one as they promised. I received the product (backrest with speakers) on 9/7 and assembled the chair. It was easy to assemble, comfortable and pretty good quality product (game chair) overall. The speakers worked as described and sound was good but not great. Nevertheless, the footrest was an added bonus and once you are in the chair you can feel the comfort and will beat most chairs. The only suggestion would be that they could have used a bit more padding on the bottom seat cushion but for my son it was perfect, so he said.My son loves his chair and is very happy now which makes me happy. Although it was a struggle to get the correct backrest, I would still recommend this chair and the seller. I tried out the chair as well for a day or so and it is now the best chair in the house.

Pros:* Wide rather flat seat with some cushion for your bum.* Has a nice aesthetic appearance.* Broad base* Lays back rather far without falling over haha!Cons* While the pleather seats matte/suede finish looks nice it doesn't feel as though it will last.* The cushion feels as though it's thin and mounted to a spring plate.* The armrests are typical soft and rubbery but could use a little more customisation options for adjustments. But that's being nitpicky.* The seat could lower about 3 more inches because a standard gaming computer desk with slide out keyboard is too short for it to slide into place where it belongs. Would be fine without the slide out keyboard drawer installed.

My son saved up his money to buy this chair. The instructions were unclear and even with 2 adults, we ended up with extra pieces. The arms look and feel like cheap slabs of plastic. The footrest is difficult to raise and lower. The seat cushion is not comfortable. The chair looks cool but it is an overpriced, under performing chair.

My fiance and I each got one of these chairs since we were working from home much more than usual and needed some upgrades. Both of us play video games (albeit him more than me) so we've used them both for office work and for gaming.For the price we paid, these chairs are AWESOME! They were mostly pretty easy to set up. We had a couple hiccups but that was because we didn't quite understand how they worked and once we got that, they were fine! Since then, we've had nothing but good things to say. They are really comfortable and I love how you can adjust just about every piece of them to customize to your comfort needs. I can remove the headrest if I'm trying to sit upright and put it back on when I lay back to play games.The chairs are also seemingly really high quality. We knew they were going to be nice from the reviews, but I think we were surprised just how nice they are once we pulled them out of the box.They are really comfortable. I had a very expensive chair at my desk at work that my company paid for, and these chairs are more comfortable than that one was. I sit in this chair 8+ hours a day and I rarely have a complaint about aches and pains that I can't fix by just adjusting the chair a bit.The only complaint (and I mean it's really minor) is that they've gotten pretty squeaky over the last couple months we've used them. It's not a big deal, but could be kind of annoying for someone else.Great chair, great price, you won't be disappointed!

bought this back on April 13, 2020, 1 week in the armrest began to fall apart so I email and they asked for pics I sent pics I have now waited almost 1 full year to get a replacement in that time the other armrest has also slit at the seam and is falling apart chair is junk

I love the chair for the few hours I was able to use it. I guess I got unlucky because my chair woouldn't rise after half a day of use. This was my second gaming chair.Update! I contacted GTRacing directly and they were very helpful and tracked my Amazon order and agreed to send me a new part which I received.The chair is comfortable even at the low setting. I haven't fixed the chair yet but this was all I could ask for. I appreciate the 5 star service. The chair gets 4 due to the speakers being okay and unnecessary but give it 5 if you think you will enjoy listening to music this way!Worth the buy for sure as my other chair was not as comfortable.
