Flimsy and bent
The product is flimsy and was delivered damaged/ bent on the upper part. Handle moves at normal handling and probably will not last very long.Overall it's a mass produced, low quality briki made out of a way too thin metal.

A good buy.
Tasted Turkish coffee for the first time recently & wanted to have a go at making it myself. This is a traditional copper Cezve, probably just big enough for a single small cup. It's well made & comes with instructions on how to make the perfect Turkish coffee. Now the practise begins!

Cute but so awesome
Awesome product. A bit pricey for what it is, but still. Awesome.Buy some finely ground coffee. Add in coffee to water ratio of 1:10 (or 1:10.83 if you are generally strange)I do 12g coffee to 130g water.Stir it. Don't listen to these cowboys telling you not to stir. Stir it for a few seconds. Then add low to medium heat. The coffee will fall to the bottom. The carbonate foam will begin to form at top. Scoop this foam and add to cup. Keep scooping. Then, bring to boil and reduce heat. Leave for maximum 3mins or you will over extract and it will taste nasty. Like the coffee made by a big famous coffee house brand. The pour that liquid into your little cup, and just look at it. The extracted grounds will fall to the bottom of the cup so, naturally dont drink that part. When you master this, your wife will be happy and she will eventually allow you to buy a sage coffee machine. At which point this will have done its job. Then you just have to pretend to like it once in a while.

Works!!! Greet taste, aroma and lasting heat.
Fantastic Ibrik! Advice id to leave it for two - three minutes after brewing before serving as the coffee stays hot - as it should!Having watched a few vids on best brewing technique, try not to stir the coffee at all after adding it to the water after its heated for a minute. Let it almost boil, then put it back on to heat for another minute or so. The taste is awesome. The pot itself is well made, and the handle stays cool enough to pick up and use. The copper finish is beautiful, and really does add to the experience of freshly brewed Turkish coffee. Transport yourself to your favourite place and enjoy coffee as itโs meant be.Canโt recommend this highly enough. ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
