This is 900 mg per 2 PILLS, meaning it is actually 450 mg per capsule. I do not appreciate the deception. Some herbalist authors suggest a gram or two per dosage. I was hoping that 900 mg per capsule would accomplish this. However, this is not the case with 450 mg per capsule. There are better offers on amazon such as the Swanson 500 Milligrams per capsule (60 Capsules per bottle) since it is half the price. buying 2 would give you a lot more cramp bark than this product.

Helps muscle spasms tremendously
After years of experiencing excruciating muscle spasms in my legs, I was prescribed cramp bark and have been taking it since September. I am astonished at how well it has worked. The few spasms I do get are less frequent, much milder, less painful and don't last as long. I can't speak to this particular brand because I've not seen any others, so it's the one I'm using and couldn't be happier with the help it is giving me!

It works and is easy
Have been using liquid cramp bark for menstrual pain for years and it is quite good at making me more comfortable. The liquid, however, smells pretty bad and tastes worse. The capsules work as well, but don’t stink, taste like any other pill, and are portable. Won’t be going back to the liquid.
