I couldn't be more pleased with these. I bought 4 to go above and below kitchen cabinets on both sides of the kitchen. I grouped the 2 top ones in one group, then the 2 bottom ones in another, then made a single group with all 4. This way I can turn them all on or off with a single "Hey Google, kitchen on / off". I can also have the top and bottom different colours.In case it helps others, here is the sequence I used to add these to Google Home.1. follow the included instructions (download "Magic Home WiFi" app, add each wifi controller, give each a name)2. click on the "+" top right to add any group, then click and hold on the name of a controller (/light string) then "Add to Group" to create groups.2. on Google Home screen click on your account icon in top right3. click on "Assistant Settings"4. click on "Devices"5. click on "+ Add"6. click on "Link a smart home device"7. click on "Magic Home WiFi"8. click on "Check for new devices" - the response will vary depending on whether this is the first time you add a Magic Home device to Google.While all of this may appear complicated, it's only a sequence of steps that you need to follow to use any wifi enabled device with Google Home or Alexa. Magic Home is better than all the other wifi device apps I've used.I hope this helps. Please tick below if it does.

Fantastic product, only thing is the APP, there is nothing on the instructions as to where you download it - search 'Magic Home'.

I purchased 3 of these packs initially for the referb of my kitchen, they are mounted under the upper and lower units.I love the fact I can control them with Alexa but had real problems getting them to connect to my wifi..Upon opening the boxes and testing the strips before cutting them to length I discovered one controller was faulty and left me with no Red... I ordered another and that was fine..Next came the fixing them in place... They come with a few screw in clamps but you will need more... Despite totally degreasing everywhere the adhesive on the back of the strips is useless and without additional clamps the strip will sag..Once setup they are ok, white is not proper white (very blue) but it's fine for my use case.. the remote is the same for all so easily interchangeable and the Alexa integration is great...Overall I am reasonably happy, but knowing what I know now if I were doing it again I would spend a little more and go RGBW..

Looks good ,wired the plug via a switch so when turned off and back on again it go back to the last colour setting shame the adhesive isn’t the best but a clip or two helps,,,, I had to cut it and re soldier as it doesn’t turn the corner

Very versatile and can be used in many places around the home (not external) to great effect.Only reason this is not 5 stars is the wifi controller was missing in my package. However the sellers were super helpful to resolve.Note that this device (like many home automation wifi devices) only support 2.4Ghz wifi , so you may need to play around with your router if it is dual band.Also I haven't tried the adhesive strips , I would recommend light strip clips instead.

These LEDs are really great for decorating any room. I have them mounted around the edges behind my TV, and another set behind a shelving unit. This provides an excellent light decoration that looks great behind the TV. I have them in sync with my Logitech Pop buttons, Alexa and Webhooks via IFTTT with the MagicHue app, which is essential to being able to integrate it in an IOT environment. The IFTTT functionality puts these LEDs significantly ahead of the other options on Amazon. I am going to be purchasing another set of these when I next need LEDs. One thing to point out is the instructions recommend downloading the magic home app, but there is a new version called MagicHue which supports IFTTT, so make sure to download this version of the app instead.

They have a bright colour easy to set up but the app doesn’t work no matter what I try ver disappointed in that
