Doogee not Dodgy.
Purchased for the camera quality but daughter complaining that it lacks functionality here, as there is no zoom available for the self facing camera. Other than that, it is an incredibly lightweight phone, no other complaints. Battery life is good, clarity of screen as expected, no apparent bugs, has been using for a couple of months now as a replacement for a £160 Motorola which she dropped - screen broke after the 15th or so time it was dropped, and apparently there is no sash way to replace the screen, so the phone shop said it's cheaper/easier to get a different phone. (Not a scam, they were turning away my business) - this Doogee is the 5th one I've purchased. Had my last one for two years, replacement was upgrade. That lasted a year before battery swelled and caused an issue with casing. Great value phones, certainly competitive with other high brands, out of all of them, I would buy Doogee or Umidigi quite happily. No need for brand snobbery, especially when it comes to kids having phones.Update: it doesn't take a lot to break the screen. My daughter got excited and pressed too hard during a game, and it cracked right in front of our eyes, a popping noise and game over. Still working but not great. Two phones, two broken screens, but the Motorola had taken a beating, this one broke with literally a hard tap. I'll think again now. I guess it was lightweight due to the thin screen.

Cheap and cheerful but sound poor and GPS, near useless.
Needed a quick replacement phone since my last didn't agree with the toilet it fell into - and no I didn't know about the 'rice trick.'Pros:Screen is vibrant, and perhaps a touch over saturated, but it is clear to read and the touch very accurate.WiFi fine, and still receives a strong signal from Three UK on both HSDPA and 4G where it is able to access all their frequencies.Camera's are surprisingly good but for the money, don't expect to be the next David Bailey.. lol.Cons:Terrible sound - this bit is definitely value engineered and tuned to be flat, more towards ’tinny’ in order to amp up the sound for the internal speaker. The down side is that the same EQ is used in the headphones and no audio equaliser app can really fix it.The GPS is terrible. Accuracy is incredibly poor and relies heavily on WiFi, Bluetooth and cell tower data to get some kind of a fix. In fact I even wonder if the GPS is on. However, I have run some tests and whilst it does pick up a few satellites in a constellation the signals it must be receiving are pretty weak and wouldn't be suitable for turn-by-turn navigation. The only down sides really. If you need GPS, avoid this phone. If you need HiFi sound, forget it. For those, head for a trusted brand. For a quick, cheap and cheerful phone, this ain't bad.

Avoid this product! The microphone is so weak it's unusable.
The microphone sensitivity is ridiculously low on the N10, so much so that it is unusable on phone calls. I was unable to access Engineering Mode using *#*#197328640#*#* or *#*#3846633#*#* to increase the microphone volume. When I contacted Doogee support they advised the correct code is *#*#83781#*#* as the N10 has a Spreadtrum processor not a Mediatek. However, there are no audio options in Engineering Mode after all. (I've searched everywhere and wasted hours!) Doogee directed me to a Russian website to download some Windows software. I downloaded the files but Audiotester v1.2.3.28 (2012) was unable to even connect to the phone. I've also tried some voice recorders and the issue is the same, a VERY, VERY weak microphone. I later found out that this is a common problem with the N10 so it's time to give up as the phone is unusable and will go in the bin. N10 owners should not have to go through all this nonsense just because it is not being tested properly before release. Avoid this product!

Mobile Signal is very poor
The phone seems nice at first with a great display, and huge number of features including fingerprint recognition etc.. However what I've found is that the phone has an abundance of bugs. the phones speakers turn off when you plug a games controller into it (you fix it by restarting the phone). The signal is very bad for a phone thats supposed to receive 4g... Ive been on flat fields and still only got H+... Been waiting for a call from a company for a few days and it turns out... they have been calling me..... but couldn't get through.... im honestly not happy with my purchase and wonder how you could have given me such a dodgee device (you see the pun there..).. With how the phone currently is i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy your products.. I've never given a bad review before... Just saying.

Maybe I was unlucky
Im game for trying different brands to the norm and usually I'm lucky. This item disappointed me. Call quality was poor through the handset earpiece. When hooked up to car Bluetooth it kept dropping out on calls and audio. On paper it looks awesome for the money. The camera is good and so is the battery life. Its just a bit rough around the edges. Saying that,,it's only £90!

Terrible call quality
As a phone for internet, photos etc it's brilliant, until a phone call, call quality is terrible, can't get signal unless I go outside, I will give it a day or so but I'm already thinking of sending it back it's that bad..... Disappointed

Ok for occasional use
So, it's been a few months since this arrived and I've held off reviewing as I wanted to see how it lasted.....The phone functions relatively well but can be frustratingly slow to reboot / start up and every now and again does freeze up.It was bought to primarily make calls and run email and it did this relatively well.Build quality is typical for this price bracket and sadly was the phones downfall. It has had to be binned after the particularly flimsy charging port disintegrated rendering it unusable.
