It doesn't have a strong enough spring to keep pressure on the cutter, I ended up cutting it apart and welding the cutter to a cheap socket and using a drill to turn it slow with grease on it and it finally worked but the cutter is trash after only 4 spark plug holes. Definitely not worth the $65 when a new head was only $165 but people that sell crap tools have to eat too I guess
