I keep getting asked where I purchased it because it is cute and practical. No leaking. So easy to clean.

It still leaks alittle with soup. Hard to close.

It's not bad but not very good either. Size is good and portion is alright for a kindergartener. The problem is it doesn't close and lock easily. You gotta pull the top so it will close to fit the bottom which is a pain. A bigger problem is, when you open the case, the white container keeps sticking to the cover so you open to see the blue bottom plastic. You need to use a fingernail to hold the white part to detach from the top cover. This really is a pain especially with food inside. I've been having my 5 year old keep practicing to open so he can possibly eat in school. This is the reason I am searching for another good size lunch box.

Did not like one bit. Would not recommend. In the first week, the inner box stopped fitting well inside the outer box, which caused problems with locking in. I have to push down really hard. And the stupid quote on the front, "Haven for soul"? What IS that??? Do not buy.

I really wanted this to work. Love all the compartments!! After first use I put it in the dishwasher like I do all my other bento boxes and now I can’t get the insert to go back in well and it won’t shut all the way. I read the washing instructions that were partly translated to English, but it never mentioned it couldn’t go in the dishwasher .

This product deserves zero star. I purchased two lunchboxes for my twins to use at preschool. On first day I noticed I really struggled to close the lunch boxes. Right on the same day I got a note from teacher stating it was real struggle to open lunch box. I wish I checked quality as soon as I received it- my fault. By the time school started return window had closed. I even wrote to company’s customer service and I didn’t hear back. Which shows how much they truly cares for their customer. I’m never going to purchase this brand again. I would rather pay $5 more for a better quality. Money wasted.

I had high hopes for this little dude for my preschooler's lunch. Right size, very cute colors, great concept. POOR EXECUTION. The thing leaked all over (and I mean, ALL OVER) my kid's backpack. I returned it.

I'm totally shocked at the size of this. I understand that it's portioned out for small kids but my 5 yo son needs much more room than these tiny compartments. He's at school for 6 1/2 hours. They take 2 snack breaks and a lunch. I can't even fit half a sandwich in any spot. Look closely at the pics and you will notice that the sections are popping out with food. It's very deceptive. Their triangle half sandwich is sticking a couple inches past the top! How in the hell are you supposed to close this thing if you actually gave them enough food? Returning immediately.

The unit did not appear as shown in the picture and came from China so I question the food grade quality of the product and whether this was an original product or a hijacked listing. The unit arrived in a mailer bag instead of proper amazon box. In addition, the unit was stuck- would not open- so I had to pry the outer casing open with a butter knife. Its definitely not as wanted and I would like a refund. I have the unit intact and the quality is not as expected compared to another unit I bought from a different seller. Buyer beware on the bait and switch. I've never had a bad experience with Amazon so this is my first in many years of ordering with confidence.
