Get excited about a diet plan
If you think about it, ketogenic diet is kind of limiting, especially for people who like their pastries and baked goods. And that's a sacrifice a lot of people are not willing to make. You really can't blame them. It's hard to get excited about a diet plan that will prevent you from digging into those soft, warm muffins that just brightens up your day. It doesn't matter whether you've tried keto baked goods in the past that ended up tasting like styrofoam, it doesn't matter if you've never touched an oven in your entire life, this cookbook will show you how you can enjoy your favorite baked goods while burning fat with ketosis at the same time!

Horribly written book. Don’t waste your money or time on it.
The entire book comes across as a bad translation from another language. One example: “Set the microwave on excessive and prepare dinner dinner for forty five mins.” There are several passages like this throughout the book that make no sense whatsoever. The book is mostly decipherable, but I don’t recommend spending your money on this book when there are much better options to choose from.

Poorly edited and full of gaps
This must not have been professionally edited. I have consistently found the ingredients lists to be out of order of the sequence of preparation as well as complete omissions of steps. For example, the "White Bread Loaf" on page 48 completely neglects to include the steps for adding the milk and the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients and then simply says, "add the egg white mixture to the batter." If you're not an experienced baker, this could be very confusing or might result in errors.

I am excited to share with you the rich and sweet varieties of keto bread to you in this cookbook. You will prefer these bread over the recipes that you have made in the past and that you will enjoy them more as they will not kick you out of ketosis. You will find there are several staples in the Keto diet that substitute for the old fashioned ingredients in bread-based recipes. If you find that you are craving your grandmother’s old bread recipes, you can convert them by factoring 50% additional almond flour versus the wheat flour that was used in her recipes. Bad Formatting
Paragraph and Line Spacing are a mess. The titles of new recipes are next to the final sentence of the previous one, making hard to tell when one recipe ends and the other begins. Images and text issues. Not happy with the purchase.

Recipes look good but hard to use
This book seemed to be what I was looking for as a new KETO user looking for bread recipes to make suppers seem normal. Whoever edited the recipes missed the fact that they are not consistent with American Kitchens. The weird amounts are hard to translate to our measurement tools. Because of this I have never made any of the recipes and the cookbook is useless to me.The price if it had been useful was reasonable and I received it on time promised.
