Ecos Living 14 Inch Rustic Metal and Wood Platform Bed Frame/Natural Finish/No Squeak/No Box Spring (Queen)

Edit: 1 year review and I'm not changing the rating. The whole frame would slide a little from body motion and I'm guessing from adjusting positions which pressed the pillow against the wall as we don't use a head board. There is no attach point for a head board, it's designed to be free-standing. This movement during use was enough to cause the center support to bend and fail leaving the frame sagging in the center. I think this frame should come with some sort of rubber footings for each leg. Had I known this sliding motion was creating a structural failure I certainly would have gone to the hardware store an purchased some...too late now.Arrived dented up and since the box was undamaged I would say the damage was prior to packaging and at the manufacturers location. you may get lucky be understand that there appears to be little to no quality controls at manufacturer. The frame is four identical sections with pairs attached by hinges to fold outward to form 1/2 of the platform bed. One of the hinges was not even attached to the quarter section so when I tried to unfold it the frame twisted making it a mess for assembly. All corners had wooden brackets to hold the structure square but two brackets were wiggling around and I had to tighten them down myself. One of the screws was stripped out and that explained why that one wasn't holding.The metal legs are solid and the bed feels strong enough to hold the weight intended. There is some wiggling while rolling or turning but not to the point of worry. I think it will hold up fine for sleeping. Not so sure if you and your partner engage in robust sensual entanglement.I thought the look was kinda cool but it isn't quality furniture by any stretch of the imagination. That's why I thought it more appropriate for a dorm. Oh, and the corners are kinda sharp so a scratch or two should be part of your expectations.

I have had 0 issues with this bed... so far. Whoever assembled the bed stripped two screws holding in one of the brackets but i just used slightly bigger screws I had and they worked perfectly. I put it together in 10 minutes and my girlfriend and I absolutely love it. It’s sturdy and we’ve never had an issue and we’ve had it for a couple months now. If anything changes I’ll come back and edit this review. For the price you really can’t beat it.

Bed came much earlier than expected. It was a small box, so I was concerned about the right size (I ordered a full). Its actually two pieces that unfold, whuch us a great concept! They get screwed together with 2 large screws and all you have to do is screw the 8 legs on turn it around and out your mattress on. It want slide around or fall off. Bedframe looks much smaller! I was afraid i ordered the wrong size, but everything looks just fine. If you have a bedroom on the smaller side, this frame is perfect! It also looks stylish and there is plenty room underneath it to store things.I recommend to everyone, because I'm satisfied with the product.

When ordering online I always look at reviews and this product had good reviews. I can get scared off by the bad reviews as I greatly dislike returning things ordered online. So, a big item like this is a risk to me. However, we received this bed frame and are very happy with it. It looks like the image and as it was described. It's very stylish and sturdy and looks great! We couldn't find anything like this frame in stores in our area (smaller city with less options) so had no choice but to shop online. My daughter loves it and we are all very happy with this purchase!

I agree with the person saying the bed is not a very good quality and I’m also afraid to do other activities besides sleeping (lol😅) The wood is bad quality. It cheeps if you only put a shoe on it. Mine arrived with some minor damage too. But looks pretty, rustic. So far doesn’t squeak which is the most important thing to me.

I’m hopeful this will hold up for our 15 year old son. It was very easy to assemble, I put it together by myself in like 30 mins or less. Looks really cool.

Exactly as pictured. I expected to have to piece it together upon arrival. There were loose screws in the box. It went together easily and looks great in the limited space my room offers. 14" off the ground allows me plenty of space for under storage. I received a pillow as a gift with purchase which i thought was a very nice touch. I do not have or need a box spring with this frame. I would buy again.

HiThis bed frame has worked out great. It was shipped on time. It was easy to assemble. It took about 45 minutes to follow the clear instructions. I could lift it into place on my own. The slats are supportive. I bought the queen Purple mattress to roll out on top of it. A perfect fit. For me this bed frame is a simple and stylish solution for my small space. Big thumbs up!
