All the same weight/resistance 😕
While quality feels ok, I had wrongly assumed that the different colours indicated different weights/resistance, so to be honest, not particularly happy with them.

All bands are the same resistance. Good for people just staring out with band work.

Not long enough. Expecting better quality as a fitness instructor I would have used for my classes but not these.
