We have family from the islands and these are the only flops they’ll wear. Have had the same pair for years and just wanted another color. The most durable flip flop you’ll find. Great value considering the lasting condition. Very comfortable.

In Hawaii, flip-flops are the footwear of the day and night. I bought these for my grandson who is really hard on his slippers. They have lasted a long time so I'm getting my money's worth on this brand. This is the third pair I've bought because he loves the feel and comfort of them.

My husband is from Hawaiʻi and he will only wear Scott's slippahs. They are sturdy and exactly what he loves. First pair lasted over 2 years, this is the 2nd paid we bought off Amazon. Will order again. 🤙🤙

My husband heard about these years back and got a pair and absolutely loved them. He says they sole is very cushiony and eventually forms to your foot so they are very comfortable. After probably 5 years or so with the last pair (with very heavy use) the tread part did start to separate from the sole in a couple places, so he asked for the same exact pair, and nothing else! They are a little pricey but apparently worth it.

I discovered these 20-30 years ago and they have been my go-to sandals ever since (and for most of the year they are my daily footwear - it's great being retired). I get a new pair every 4-5 years. They are very comfortable, the arch support is just right, the soles are really durable and the straps have never pulled out. Not cheap but definitely worth it.

I have been wearing Scott's for 20 years. They last a really long time, but I've probably gone through at least a dozen pairs. They are very durable and comfortable flops. This is my second pair of Makaha's with the Navy strap, and for some reason the Navy colored models fit a bit looser than the black straps. I like the color and the price, but the fit is a bit sloppy. I'll go back to the all black flops next time. The soles are exactly the same size, so the "somewhat larger" description is only applicable to the strap. For reference, I have a 10.5 foot in most shoes, but since Scott doesn't make half sizes I have to choose between 10's or 11's. I end up going with 10's because I prefer a snug fit over a sloppy fit, although I wish there was just a bit more sole under my heel.

I bought these flip flops in 2019 and wear them almost everyday. They have seen sand, mud, concrete, tar and grass surfaces and still going strong. It is very comfortable too. At first I had to get used to it because it was a bit heavier than what I normally wear but definitely didn't regret the adjustments.

Fits like my worn out 15 year old slippers just thicker and not worn out on the bottom!!

I had to search through my purchases to find these flip flops because I simply cannot believe how amazing they are. The have been my principle footwear for this summer, last summer and 2018 summer. I have also spent almost 4 months in Costa Rica and have put literally over 500km of hiking alone with them, including a 5 km hike up a mountain. I am only getting another pair because my tan lines are getting out of control and need to balance it out with a slide on for a little. IF there was 10 stars, I'd give it. These are truly going to last you for years.

Super comfortable and fits like a glove. I’m normally an 11 but went up to a size 12 as often I need to do that with flip flops - perfect.
